The first day of my walk to work/run home regime and I'm pretty done in and my legs are all shaky. Why didn't you lot warn me how hard running is? I think I started off too fast. My cross body bag was really annoying too, I'll have to get a geeky backpack.

Rewarding myself undoing all my good work with some lovely cold Stella.
