Glad you're fineZig, all cool as a cucumber here.

I liked Fleabag too, you can't beat a bit of dark twisted humour Grin

Will try Carshare over the weekend. I might even write a book, "Abstaining from drugs with Peter Kay" if it works.

Tres fatiguement here so see you all The Danger Zone mes amies x

ZiggertyZaggerty · 05/05/2017 02:18

Sploshed again - I've been away as keep diving in and don't think it's a good vibe. And I got the fear majorly after my last big blow out... not sure if to post this... just wanted to write it down x

choccywoccywoowah · 05/05/2017 02:22

Me too

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 05/05/2017 08:01

Morning all.
Choc and Zig you were up late last night. Hope you're ok this morning. There's no point hiding away, I find it quite therapeutic to come on here and confess. No judgement here, we can all relate.

Zig after mucking about with cocaine for a long time, I notice the negative effects much more. The racing heart, The anxiety and paranoia aren't much fun. Some of that I think is caused by a lack of sleep. I get very disturbing dreams these days as well Confused. But maybe that's just me Grin

All that crap can go in the motivation bank anyway, to be revisited when you're not feeling so crap!

On a positive note, it's Friday. Enjoy your day all Flowers

DustyDuck · 05/05/2017 19:37

It's Friday, I had the week off work, I've been really good and I haven't even spent any money or done anything exciting Confused

DustyDuck · 05/05/2017 19:38

Loved Fleabag. And Flowers, dark comedy.

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 05/05/2017 19:51

Well done for not doing anything exciting, Dusty Grin
Your body will thank you.

Dh and I are off to a surprise birthday party (bit cringey) at the pub. All dressed up in heels. Really wishing I had a few lines, miss those days of getting ready with a buzz on.
The plan is to just be normal, have a few drinks and act my age.

Hope everyone is gripping onto their surfboard tonight. I'm distributing nose clips for those in need. Wink

DustyDuck · 05/05/2017 20:35

Have a great time lost! 💃🏻 Maybe there will be surprises at the party Hmm

DustyDuck · 05/05/2017 21:41

Oops, the nose clips didn't arrive in time and I have submerged temporarily.

ZiggertyZaggerty · 05/05/2017 22:20

Me too Dusty - I've realised I'm not a very good surfer... I hope the others are faring better than us x

HoochiMama · 05/05/2017 23:14

I am quite Jel. Even though it has taken almost a week for me to get over last weekend I am slightly French and would gladly go overboard again but sadly thankfully have no means to it. Instead I have allowed DS to persuade me to purchase 3 tickets to a premiership football match costing £150 Hmm

For those that are - enjoy!!

serialtester · 06/05/2017 07:51

Morning all. Was in bed by 11 and only slightly French last night so I feel human on a Saturday morning, which is nice!

Fell off last night. Went to great lengths to find the end of a wrap in a box of ends if mandy. What a knob. Then did enhanced drinking. Feel awful today. Boo.

ponzusoup · 06/05/2017 10:05

How was the party lost?

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 06/05/2017 10:15

Hello surfers.
I didn't have a few drinks and act my age last night, I got pissed, got loud and had a cheeky line in the toilet. Blush

Someone put one out for me in the toilet so I politely did it. The small blessing was it was quite crap gear Grin I didn't lose my head and order any.
I find it quite difficult to explain I'm off drugs to my party friends. I don't want to make a big announcement and it's a bit of a buzz kill to say at the time, "Not for me thanks, cocaine is ruining my life and I've got a massive problem with it."
How do you handle it serial?.. anyone with any ideas?

Hugs and Brew for overboarders. I'm on the surfboard with shaky legs and a headache. I've already mentally crossed off some of today's to do list Blush
Zig Are you struggling at the moment? Has your house move pushed you over the edge? x

Hooch What a lovely thing to spend your money on. You must feel all kind and generous today like a very noble person.

ZiggertyZaggerty · 06/05/2017 12:20

I think I just like it too much Lost Blush
It sounds like you had a good night, and a good swerve. Cheers to crap gear Wine!!

DustyDuck · 06/05/2017 12:52

I know what you mean lost, it's almost as if you need an unquestionable reason you are not partaking. Like if someone says they are not drinking because they're on antibiotics, that's accepted and they aren't pressured, even if we suspect it's not true. Could you say you are having blood tests for something vague? Or you may have a heart condition ? Or you have a very early, very important appointment with the police ?

HoochiMama · 06/05/2017 13:22

I think you did really well last night Lost. Not getting anymore in after having a taster is very commendable Smile

I very nearly did last night. Thankfully only options were Mr B.I. (what was I even thinking!! ) Or hanging around on a dodgy London side street at 11 at night. So glad this morning that I didn't but damn it's always there in the corner of my mind Confused

Don't feel particularly kind and virtuous after buying those tickets, more like skint! Oh well...

serialtester · 06/05/2017 17:14

Lost, I haven't made some sort of big announcement - just said no thanks (call me zammo!) or removed myself from situations.

For me it's easier cos my husband knows nothing about my coke use so I haven't got the temptation at home. If he used I'd be bang on it.

Also, love Fleabag and Inside Number 9. Currently binge watching The Thick of It! Malcolm Tucker is my hero.

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 06/05/2017 21:02

Evening all. Suffering a bit here after last night. I must be getting old or something. How on earth did I do clubbing all weekend in my youth?

Serial you do make me laugh. You can't even do tv in moderation, you have to binge watch. Grin You're right I need to go all Grange Hill and just say no. It's sometimes hard to argue with someone on coke though isn't it Dusty. They've got a bloody answer for everything! Wink

You're all lovely. Can't wait for Columbia, I'd love to party with you all in real life. Slight problem with our lack of off switches x

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 06/05/2017 21:07

Ooh Hooch no hanging round dodgy back streets in the night. I think we need to rename your friend Mr. W.I (Mr Wrong Idea) hopefully you can go back to being friends and that awkward night is never spoken of again. Confused

serialtester · 06/05/2017 21:24

Lost, you're right - I can't be moderate in anything!!! A surfers night out would be awesome, imagine the trouble we'd cause!

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 06/05/2017 22:21

Columbian carnage Grin It'd be something to tell the grandchildren. Right bed and Casualty for me (the programme) Tres sensible tonight.

DustyDuck · 06/05/2017 22:32

I hear Newquay is nice at this time of year...
