Kinetic great going on the job front. Maybe downing 4 cans of red bull beforehand helped . I'm sure half the battle with staying off the shit is keeping busy, and obviously you'll be earning money as well, so win, win!

Pickle were you sleep posting at 2 in the morning? I have some very fucked up dreams, you're not alone. I blame the historical drug abuse..

I've had a good day, even got back on track with the 5g to 5k regime by doing a spot of exercise at lunchtime. Watch out triathelete Serial, you have competition!

I was asleep then woke up to see what time it was after weird dreams, so vivid! Thought I'd share... Not sure why you'd all want to know I had vivid dreams last night but hey ho!

I'm usually at a party taking drugs in my dreams . Then wake up feeling a bit disappointed!

Hope my brain hurries up and rewires itself. What if it never rewires? Maybe I blew the circuits years ago.

No one knows anything about the dream, Dusty! All we know is it was vivid and odd The mind boggles.

My dream at 2am... Involved me becoming a fashion model (could not be further from this!!) then I strutted down the runway but fell off the end.
Mortified.
Then I woke up thinking it had happened, just for a second, then realised this would never happen but took me a while to get back to sleep.

I don't know Pickle, you're tall and thin with a penchant for drugs..you sound like perfect model material

I'm insanely tired tonight. Is this what exercise does to you? I can hardly move now I've sat down . I'm going to run a bath and collapse in my jammies I think.
Conclusion; I'm really unfit!

I'm short,
Although I was skeletal at the height of my addiction, I'm probably too overweight now! As in approaching a healthy weight!
I also lack co ordination of any sort (blame the drugs for that!) so that's probably why I fell off the end!

You've achieved so much lost, you are fitter than you were before you went out and didn't take drugs... Therefore you rocked today!

Congrats Kinetic!

Had a slip up 2 nights before I left but up to a clean week now. Even turned down a line the night before I left and having too much fun out here to crave. Having the odd cig here and there but the new job offer has taken away the stress-induced smoking.

Less smoking and sniffing combined with holiday-sized portions are definitely leading to weight gain here too pickle!

In a really good mood tonight. It's been a beautiful day, it's the weekend and the dc have broken up from school. Uh oh, it's a perfect storm!
I'm still at the stage where it feels like there's something missing of an evening without my trusty old friend Charlie, like a big hole. .

Pjs on, drinking cherryade, watching Harry Potter with DD. Happy surfing all

Surfing along here, DD(19) is here tonight so that's a very good deterrent
