Thanks lost got it! Wise words from you, you foxy statement nail lady!

Worrying, the poor love is in a right state and people making heart attack risk worse!!

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 11/03/2017 22:21

Bon soir Bishop! Better French than Columbian I guess Grin. Don't worry, I turned Northern earlier. Hope you're wearing armbands on the board tonight.

I'm now going for a mega hot foamy bath and pyjamerating. Think I've swerved it for another evening although found it really tough tonight.

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 11/03/2017 22:24

You're right Pickle, panicking makes everything worse. I must admit I've had horrific comedowns in the past with heart pounding and mind racing and it's fucking awful. Like falling off a cliff. Sad

Inarightpickleandchutney · 11/03/2017 22:27

Yep lost, absolutely been there!

Wise words lost my lovely.

Pyjamarating is my new favourite word. Fact.

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 11/03/2017 22:32

Love you guys, really think you've helped me not only keep my nose clean, so to speak, but also stopped me thinking I was struggling on alone with this.
I think I've turned into Oprah Winfrey now, good lord, I've gone all deep Grin

INeedAWittyNameChange · 11/03/2017 22:35

Ha ha Lost I suppose there's worse things to be associated with than cleaning products!
I'm okay thanks. The usual Saturday night is happening here. I literally have zero willpower and keep justifying it by thinking "it's only one night a week" and "there's a lot worse things I could be doing".

Inarightpickleandchutney · 11/03/2017 22:36

Channel your inner 'pickle'!

I've had waaaay too much therapy!

I annoy myself

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 11/03/2017 22:55

I get quite a thrill from buying new cleaning products, I have an obsession with my house smelling lovely Grin
Don't be hard on yourself Witty, coke is seriously addictive and damn hard to say no to. Hope you're ok x

Don't worry, Pickle, I love getting therapy from you. I've had way too little therapy! (none) so all good.

Inarightpickleandchutney · 11/03/2017 23:07

Night surfers and throwing armbands with flamingos on to those that need them.

Thanks, I love this thread and all who sails in her. X

kineticmagnetic · 12/03/2017 01:00

I have a g sat next to me. Not touched any in almost a year. Got the dealer to bring wine too. What do I do!

Inarightpickleandchutney · 12/03/2017 01:54

You go to sleep and relax, this does not control your mind,

Take it and love it or don't and be ok with it too.

You'll be fine just don't feel guilty

kineticmagnetic · 12/03/2017 02:07

I'm laid nearly asleep knowing I could be very awake and do all my cleaning and feel better than I have done in the last year. I'm abstaining so far.

Inarightpickleandchutney · 12/03/2017 02:14

Go to sleep and chill and enjoy it

kineticmagnetic · 12/03/2017 02:24

That's a contradiction right there :)

serialtester · 12/03/2017 07:47

Kinetic, did you go to sleep?

OP posts:
kineticmagnetic · 12/03/2017 08:13

I did, still got the full bag, still got the urge (it never goes).

GotToGetMyFingerOut · 12/03/2017 09:28

Kinetic you haven't done it in a year that's amazing! do NOT go down the slippery slope get it to fuck, flush it away!

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 12/03/2017 09:34

Morning surfers!
Welcome to our thread Kinetic
It's brilliant that you've been a year clean and I'm sorry you caved last night and bought some. Did something trigger that?

If you can resist it while it's sat there, then you have balls of steel! I couldn't.
Also, your dealer brings wine on request? cool Grin

Stick around and talk if you can x

kineticmagnetic · 12/03/2017 09:45

My dealer is lovely! I'm doing really well, going to give it to my friend who still does it. DD needs me sane more than a super clean house. I'll definitely be sticking around as I'm finding the cravings hard at the moment (ex has new girlfriend and I'm not dealing with it well).

Inarightpickleandchutney · 12/03/2017 10:02

Holy crap! Full bag still? That's amazing so impressed!

Welcome to our rambling thread, we do talk some nonsense!!

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 12/03/2017 10:04

Good plan, Kinetic . Huge well done for resisting. I've found this thread really helpful when cravings strike, or just to talk with people that know the score. Have a surfboard Smile

(Maybe you could keep the wine as a little reward?)

kineticmagnetic · 12/03/2017 10:08

Oh, half of the wine went-I'm not that strong!

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 12/03/2017 10:15

Grin at the half bottle of wine.

Big hug for anyone that feel overboard last night, Witty, Zig Flowers
Be nice to yourself, hope you're not feeling too bad this morning.
Lady you've been very quiet on your board, hope you're ok.

serialtester · 12/03/2017 10:34

Kinetic, I'm in awe!! I'm also jealous that you have a wine dealer!
