Oh Lost - dry March hasn't been going well! I'm fine when oh works away (which he does a lot) but his off switch is worse than mine and if there's no coke around he drinks. And of course I can't seem to abstain while he isn't. We managed ONE DAY! And then we decided it's okay if we don't have any in the house, so ended up going for lunch every day therefore can drink as it's lunch out'' at lunch time.
Unfortunately he works in an industry that is rife with coke - and has just come home from a night at work - after having a few weeks off, so of course he offered and I can't seem to say no... I actually want to do it

Yes, the party animal gene! Cool and fun at 18 years old but at 40, a bit of a burden. I sometimes feel like it's all I know, my brain is too deeply hard wired now.

Have you seen the thread someone has posted? They have been using every night for a month and have now stopped but concerned about the symptoms they're experiencing. I don't really have any words of wisdom for them but thought someone else on here might.

Yes, just saw that thread. The poor op is getting increasingly panicked by posters being quite alarmist about her symptoms .

I did invite her to join our thread and advised her to ring 111 if she thinks she needs it. Really bad comedowns can cause horrible anxiety and panic attacks, I really feel for her
