Hi all, hope you're all doing okay.
Snowball you've done brilliant every tiny step is a way forward.

I'd like to completely clarify that requests for a thin line will
NEVER come from me.

Go large or go home.... So I'm confirmed for the coach trip!

serialtester · 26/02/2017 21:23

Tomorrow my personal brand will involve me head butting people.

Snowball426 · 27/02/2017 00:56

Should I cut him off? But he is so supportive that I stop. Xx

Snowball426 · 27/02/2017 02:07

Still up, I need to sleep this can't go on. I need to be stronger and put a stop to this X

Snowball426 · 27/02/2017 04:31

Ohhhhh
I need a wetsuit, snorkel, armbands, rubber ring, one of those red things Pamela Anderson had, inflatable crocodile,

Epic fail tonight. Hold my head in shame

Inarightpickleandchutney · 27/02/2017 06:35

Hi snowball it's just a little step at a time.

I'd think about cutting it down first maybe get 2, not 3.

So feel for you i was you not long ago but don't stop believing it yourself

Snowball426 · 27/02/2017 06:54

It's so hard because of him in one way but he agrees I should stop

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 27/02/2017 08:01

Morning Smile

snow It's great that your fwb wants you to stop. It will really help if you can get him on board supporting you, including not offering you stuff! Maybe set out a plan for cutting down, aiming for a whole day and night clean and make him aware of your plans.

I've been caught in the trap of doing coke daily and it was not a nice place for me. I got to the point of not even feeling a high from it, just doing it to keep going and not enjoying it.
It will be so empowering for you to step off the merry go round and get some control back. I know you want to get better and you will.

In the words of Shaun Ryder, Happy Monday to you all!
Kids are back to school, I'm back to work and it's quite nice to get back to normal after half term. Smile

Snowball426 · 27/02/2017 08:40

I'm going to have breakfast line now.

Then totally nothing more today x

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 27/02/2017 08:53

I'll be cheering you on! Smile

GotToGetMyFingerOut · 27/02/2017 10:28

Will that be the last of the stuff you have left snowball or do you still have stuff? If you have stuff could you ask him to take it away so it doesn't tempt you as if it's in the house it will be far too hard to resist once the buzz fades off.

You can do this!!!!

Inarightpickleandchutney · 27/02/2017 10:45

You can do this snowball!
One hour at a time is enough.

We are all here to help you surf to safety.

GotToGetMyFingerOut · 27/02/2017 10:54

Pickle how much did you use to take was it similar to snowball? Will she get bad (physical) withdrawals after a day of not taking it?

Inarightpickleandchutney · 27/02/2017 11:10

2-3 g per day at my worst.
Most of the addiction is in the mind, but 3 days will probably feel really
Cold, achy muscles and very very hungry.

But it eases with every minute you don't re dose.

Epsom salt in a bath really helps the muscles and keeps you warm.

Sending love snowball

Inarightpickleandchutney · 27/02/2017 11:15

Oh ps be wary too if you have a break then go back on it your tolerance will be way down so OD risk goes up

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 27/02/2017 11:20

got It will just be a come down; tiredness and a bit achy. The physical effects are not too bad, it's really the psychological craving and the horrible anxious feelings that are the worst. It's not dangerous physically.

I think the cravings are probably at their peak when crashing because you feel low, irritable and really tired and even a bit paranoid and restless.
The best thing to do is rest or sleep and then try to eat or drink to get through the "fluey" symptoms. I sometimes had horrible dreams as well after a binge but the drug can actually leave your system surprisingly quickly.

We're all here holding your hand snowball and waving pom poms !

Snowball426 · 27/02/2017 11:39

Breakfast was my last one all gone.

I've asked him not to call over this afternoon/evening as its too tempting.

Sounds daft I know there is nothing at all possibly wrong but I'm anxious already just knowing there is nothing here X

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 27/02/2017 12:07

Big hug ((snow)) the anxious feelings will go. Just surf them out. You're doing amazing. Smile
