Am I the only woman left in Britain who doesn't buy thongs?

Do you ever have moments when you realise that you are hopelessly out of touch with the rest of the culture? I went to buy some nice new knickers... I'm having trouble, everywhere has a huge thong selection, plus "boy-style shorts". But there's very little that's tasteful & feminine in an old-fashioned knicker shape! Am I the only non-pensioner woman who still doesn't wear thongs?

Sago - I buy the topshop "pants style" like these, 95% cotton and a really nice fit (I have fit issues due to sticky out bum normally)

I wear thongs sometimes, I like them and find them comfy. They need to be the right size though. Other than that I wear the shorts as in Flamesparrows link, I hate that they call them "ladypant" though. Ewwww. It's almost as bad as panties

I hate normal knickers though, they give me four arse cheeks and the worst VPL ever.

They are such a horrid garment.

I don't wear thongs, I wear either boy shorts or midi knickers, I hate the feeling of something stuck up my bum.

3 - I don't wear butt floss...knickerless!???! I am truly shocked.
