BarStoolCobra · 24/03/2009 13:54

too many women seem to have boobs pointing south, or four of them.

then LOOK AT YOUR REAR VIEW

have you a fat back rippling out from underneath it?
if so please get a bigger bra.

ithankyou

I like the idea of the side pockets.

Pennies · 24/03/2009 14:31

At least you've got something to head south. Mine are more like Jerry Hall's infamous "fried eggs in the gloaming"

BSC - has your typing got ALOT better recently? I'm wondering if I recognise you.

subtlemouse · 24/03/2009 14:35

Pennies, mine are more the around the knees variety.

And it's all very well to say hoist them up, but either the weight of them pulls the straps through, or the back rides up, or, if you manage to keep them in place, it is at the price of backache, headache and tension in the shoulders.

Fried eggs are my idea of heaven...

cornsilk · 24/03/2009 14:35

My norks are mahoosive at the moment. Why is that? I'm not up the duff or anything. They're like zeppelins. Is that bra related at all? Will Bravissimo be able to make me svelte again with their clever fitting techniques?

brimfull · 24/03/2009 14:38

I would love to be small of nork, then all those empire tops would fit me.

stitchtime · 24/03/2009 14:38

a properly fitted bra will ensure your norks do not point downwards. no matter how many babies you have had.

CMOTdibbler · 24/03/2009 14:38

Friends and I spent a happy half hour on Saturday surveying women at a black tie do and deciding how many were wearing the right size bra. Not very many was the answer, and there was a lot of navel grazing and doubly boob going on.

If my friend with 3 kids, running 40 miles a week, not a size 10 by any means and 36G norks can keep them perky, then the engineering technology is out there.

get thee to a good bra shop forthwith I say - I am modest of nork, but visited one on Friday who has made mine into a lovely bosom

SamVimesIsMyHero · 24/03/2009 14:39

Oh my mum is a nightmare, all her bra backs are about 2 inches from her shoulders so consequently the front is like a hammock, I KEEP nagging her to get some proper fitting ones but it's like banging your head against a brick wall. I however am a proper-fitting-bra convert and with my bra on my norks look fab

brimfull · 24/03/2009 14:39

bosom is a lovely word

VoodooWithBellsOn · 24/03/2009 14:41

when I get measured they reckon Im a 32.
But with a 32 I cannot breathe and get sore.
This cannot be right?!

cornsilk · 24/03/2009 14:41

Yes bosom sounds soft and warm. I don't want a bosom!

solowitch · 24/03/2009 14:42

Singyswife, I also read back nipples!

NorbertDentressangle · 24/03/2009 14:42

What is it with women who have bras where the strap across the back has ridden up so high that it is virtually across the back of their neck ?

I see that all the time and it really bugs me

KristinaM · 24/03/2009 14:42

pennies, i wondered that too. about the typing and recognising bsc

NorkyButNice · 24/03/2009 14:44

YES - there is something very familiar indeed about your writing style BSC, although your spell checker is working better these days if you are who I think you are!

If not, then you're certainly modelling yourself on her!

solowitch · 24/03/2009 14:47

I was wearing 36A some years ago and went to buy a new strapless bra. Contessa lady asked what size so I told her...Gasped! she did! you are not a 36A, you are a 32C. How she could tell this through my waxed jacket I have no idea, but I tried that size on and I suddenly had a bosom and a cleavage I was a happy woman at last!!!
Not any more though...nursing toddler and too much flab to consider trying on those gorgeous 32C's

solowitch · 24/03/2009 14:49

I don't think that CMOT is who you are thinking she is at all...

solowitch · 24/03/2009 14:51

Ha! wrong one sorry!

Littlepurpleprincess · 24/03/2009 14:51

Stop complaining! I don't have any. At all. At least you've got something to work with. Lol.

NorkyButNice · 24/03/2009 14:52

CMOT?

Tis BarStoolCobra we're debating

solowitch · 24/03/2009 14:53

Yes! I see that!

scarletlilybug · 24/03/2009 14:57

if the back rides up, it's a sign that the back size is too big.

Apparently, the most common mistake made is too big a back size plus too small a cup size.

AnyFucker · 24/03/2009 15:00

I am small of nork, a 34B

but they still sit like a puddle in the bottom of the cup

why is that?

the skin is so empty of firm flesh, that when you look sideways in my "cleavage", there is nothing there

but if I buy a 34A, it is too small

methinks, too much stretched breast skin and not enough breast tissue

implants is my only chance , .

Pennies · 24/03/2009 15:07

AF - you're the same as me. Would you ever actually go for implants tho? Not sure I could, and i hated being 34D when I was BFing.

cocolepew · 24/03/2009 15:08

There ia a woman at the school gates who is largeish and has massive bosoms, she never wears a bra and last summer when wearing a t-shirt, she put her arm up to wave a someone, and her boobs peeked out the bottom of her top
