What do you think of this set?

This burgundy set has caught my eye. Thought it looked nice for Autumn. What do people think of it? Where could I wear it and what would it go with.

I think it looks cheap and comfortable; maybe wear it at home for lounging.

It looks like PJ's, I would wear it around the house but I wouldn't wear it out personally.

Without even clicking the link it’s clear you’re taking the wrong approach. It’s not enough to just see something and think it looks nice. When you see an item you need to immediately think of what you already have that it will go with, and how it would fit into your life. Internet strangers can’t answer those questions for you.

So I’m actually a bit 🤔 that anyone would ask the questions you’ve asked.

Yeah home slouchy wear only. Mostly its the fabric which looks cheap/casual.

I also not a fan of these sets. I think they look a bit cheap, nasty and not particularly stylish. They are one of those things where people will look back in 20 yrs time and think wtf were we wearing ! It looks the same as any other set, so I guess you’d do the same in it as any others.

I don't like co-ords like these, they look like pyjamas, so ok around the house but not for going out.

I’m surprised at the cost of that, 64 quid for the set, it looks a bit cheap.

it can be worn together or as separates, ie the top with some jeans maybe, the trousers are basically just jogging bottoms, so maybe a t shirt or jumper.

its just leisure wear for round the house or down the supermarket, its not a set you’d dress up to go out in.

I don’t really need dressy, going out clothes. I like comfortable clothes that I can wear round the house but still be ok to go on the school run and to the shops. Obviously I wasn’t intending to buy it to wear to a wedding.

I don’t like sets full stop, they always look like pyjamas! And I don’t own or wear pyjamas either.
This one especially doesn’t even look very nice, sorry op. Not sure where you’d wear it to, I have no idea what your lifestyle is like.

I don’t think I really get on with S&B on mumsnet because I’ve found this before.

I tend to dress like most of the other women my age where I live but I think maybe a lot of the women on here dress a bit posher so I’m probably posting in the wrong place 🤣

I don’t think thays the case at all, you asked where you’d wear it too, people responded round the house or supermarket, so I’m not sure why you’re upset when you then confirm you just want it to wear round the house , school run or supermarket,

and it’s not rude and people aren’t making fun of you, don’t ask opinions if your so wedded to an item of clothing you will take it personally if others don’t like it.

Yes, it does look a bit pyjama-ish, rather than outdoor clothes. But then again I’ve not got a clue what is actually “fashionable”!
