This might be a candidate.
The propeller can give a cooling effect, although it is not battery powered so you have to shake your head about quite vigorously to make it go round, which unfortunately may reduce the 'cool' look you are trying to achieve.

I agree that the shape and fit of the hat makes all the difference as all baseball caps do not fit the same. Definitely something you need to try on. I have a few from Oliver Bonas, Damson Madder and Anthropologie and I’m in my 50s. As it’s worn close to your face be sure to choose a colour that really suits you as well as one that works well with your wardrobe. I have one baseball hat that makes everything else I wear look great, so much so that I can’t go shopping in it as I end up buying stuff that only looks great with that hat on 😝

I have this hat and I also have the pink one. I think that I look like an absolute twat but it keeps the sun off me noggin so I'm not bothered.

I'd love to be able to pull off a wide brimmed straw sun hat but I have a ridiculously small head so look like a toddler playing dress up in them. They just fall down around my eyes.

I have 2 baseball hats and I like them as they have lyrics to my fav band. I really don't care if they are cool or not. Its about what you are comfortable in. Even just a plain black one would prob look good.
