Oh, absolutely! I have teenage sons myself also going through this growing stage. I was just struck by an indicator of potential future height.

They don't look massive to me but DH and DS have size 13 and 12 respectively so I'm used to gargantuan footwear. They can't use most shoe storage so I have heaps of them in the hall.

I see that Sam Chatto is engaged, so we'll have a royal adjacent wedding to enjoy!

I’d be afraid I would break it, porcelain is far less durable than metal for everyday wear.

Samuel is a ceramic artist, apparently, which explains the ring. His brother Arthur is in the Marines! Quite different career paths.

I think it was Arthur who was a brief sensation around the time of Harry's wedding as he was a gym instructor and had posted some workout shots on Instagram?

If I’d bagged myself a Royal fella I’d be mightily unimpressed with a porcelain ring,I can tell you! Maybe its a placeholder until she gets chance to choose one.

My son is the same age and looks just as young - is carded all the time.

Have just gone down a porcelain ring rabbit hole! They are surprisingly durable unless dropped on a hard surface. There are some fantastic ones!

Gosh he doesn't look any older than my 15 year old!

I've not seen many pictures of her, but she seems very elegant. It'll certainly be a stylish wedding.

In that Tatler article they showed a photo of her at Ascot in blue which was gorgeous on her.
She is, like her cousin Lady Helen Taylor, so elegant.

Yes, she's not wearing her wedding ring and has reverted to the name of Windsor. It's lovely to see her out at events.
