Is this dress too white for a wedding guest?

Normally I'm in the camp of if you need to ask then it's a no but keen to hear what other's thoughts are. Is there too much white?

I tried it on in the shop as I’m looking for a dress for my daughters wedding . It wasn’t very flattering. The twist at the front looked weird and the darker dotty splodges in the pattern looked to me like something had been spilt on it . Wasn’t for me, I did like it off the hanger though

I don’t think it’s too white, especially if you dressed it with pink accessories, but it does have the dressing gown vibe for me.

It's a lovely dress and not too white. I think people need to get over this fixation of any outfit with even a bit of white in it, can't be worn to a wedding.
My DD said in her wedding invite ' feel free to wear white ' 😂

Add a pair of slippers and it makes for a very comfy wedding guest outfit.

It’s totally fine! My friend wore a white lacey mini dress to mine and i didnt really notice until afterwards when i looked through the photos. No one died… no one cared! Unless it’s an actual wedding dress i think this white rule is a bit old fashioned (and my wedding was 12 years ago!)

It’s not too white and it’s a really nice dress -and not remotely bridal. In fact I might also get it for my nieces wedding in a few weeks time as I don’t like the dress I have very much!

Go for it - no-one really cares what other people wear - I wore a cream jacket and dress to my friend's wedding and didn't think twice about it - no-one ever mentioned anything - what happens if the wedding dress isn't white - I agree very old fashioned view!

Christ what is wrong with you women..its neither white or dressing gown lookalike..specsavers would make a fortune from you all..OP the dress is lovely and perfectly acceptable for a wedding xx

It's absolutely fine.

The offense of that dress isn't the white, it's the print. You're better than that.

I wouldn't wear it. It's too white for a floral pattern for me and I don't like the split skirt. But, if it floats your boat...
