Hopefully more bling if there's another banquet on the horizon?

Well I'm kinda on the fence..........

I'm not a fan of the tie neck, but I think the whole look is quite elegant and soft. I'm not sure about the shoes and bag though. Maybe a navy bag and taupe shoes?
The designer is Gabriella Hearst.

Sophie’s dress is lovely and she looks very well in it but it’s an inch or so too long. I
think she has lost weight. It looks a wee bit too big on her.
Navy shoes and bag would be nicer.

Maireas · 16/04/2026 09:23

She does seem to favour a longer length.

Few more royal looks. Love Sophie’s and Meghan’s casual looks with the jeans. Not sure about the green dress and the tights, nor the white linen. Think for the Masterchef outfit she could have gone a bit more colourful.

I love Sophie's black and white look. That's definitely one of her nicest outfits, not fussy, very chic.
I like Meghan in the white outfit, that silhouette really suits her. The black off the shoulder looks nice, too. I'm less keen on the shift dress, neither the colour of it, nor the pairing with dark tights.

Majority of those looks are great, not as keen on the all white look with Meghan, but it's ok, but the olive potato sack with black tights is one of her worst ever.

She absolutely does not have the torso, height or legs to pull a look like that off (no one but a teenage Amazon supermodel does frankly).

Edit - colour clarified

CreepyCoupe · 16/04/2026 09:42

Sophie looks lovely in the black and white. I’m not normally a fan of her looks, but this one I like.

Meghan looks really gorgeous in everything apart from the shift. It’s a lovely dress but it look too big for her and this and the black opaques make her legs look spidery.

HollyhockDays · 16/04/2026 09:44

Sorry the casual look didn’t post. Australian brand coat and jeans. I get the sentiment with this but it seems like such a waste of money.

No, I don't think that quite works.

They seem to be mostly an Australian brand, Friends With Frank, a link to the items is provided.

I love it, and it's a bit of a departure for her.

I think Meghan's outfits on this trip are a bit hit and miss. Probably because it's a financial arrangement, and I'm not sure about how much choice she had?

It really is. The more I look at it, the more I like it. She looks great.

Cassiope · 16/04/2026 10:04

Sophie's pleated skirt is very elegant indeed with the dark blazer, but I don't think I'll ever be quite reconciled to outfits which make it look as if the wearer has nothing on under her outer layer.

Friends of Frank sounds like one of those old euphemisms for gay.

smilesy · 16/04/2026 10:04

That black jacket on Sophie absolutely nails it. Good skirt too

Yeah, agree. She's made most of them work, but I don't think many would have been her 1st choice. Her best outfit was the navy dress, it was stunning.

Is the new AI fashion shopping link better than the ShopMy thing she did previously? I've never used those kind of shopping links before, so my understanding is limited. Has ShopMy closed, so this is the new one?

It seems to be called OneOff? There's a page link to each outfit.

Just back to Sophie’s black and white look for a moment.. Im going on holiday today and for once I have packed only plain coloured clothes. So cream, black, pale blue etc and no patterns. It’s supposed to be a chic capsule wardrobe…we’ll see!!
