@WarrenTofficier Wow, where do you live?

South East (but not London) but one of the friends I have in mind is in the middle lands and two are in the north East.

23doorsdown · 23/02/2026 22:25

I’m in London & work in buying so know there can be regional differences & trends are picked up at different times but I’m still quite surprised.

NewAgeNewMe · 23/02/2026 22:53

I think I’m an anomaly as I love a lot of Erdem. If only I could afford it!

KnickerlessParsons · 23/02/2026 23:16

See, I like most of those images of Kate
with shorter hair. They look modern and smart.

KiIIingMeDeftly · 23/02/2026 23:17

Modern is not a word I'd use to describe any of them!

KnickerlessParsons · 23/02/2026 23:17

We’ll have to agree to disagree!!

KiIIingMeDeftly · 23/02/2026 23:20

This is my personal favourite hair iteration of Kate's, length and colour.

Not sure what happened to that link but it's this hair.

Similarly, Deftly, this is my favourite Kate hair look. Also Wimbledon. I think the colour, texture and length are just right.

Oh dear! A picture of Kate at Wimbledon?!
Maybe the link was questionable.
Who knows!
Anyway. Her hair looked nice.

@Maireas ! What have you done?! 😁

I posted a picture of Kate at Wimbledon! Kind of in agreement with Deftly.
Maybe they're checking out the link?
Nothing dodgy, I promise!

I agree with you @KnickerlessParsonsthat “…….the luxuriant and very long hair doesn’t suit her tiny frame.”

Maireas · 24/02/2026 11:58

Ah, the link has been unhidden 👍

That's a lovely hair style on her, Maireas. I'd also love to see her with a thick choppy cut to her shoulders (so an inch or two shorter than that one) and then have her let it grow out a bit.

Maireas · 24/02/2026 12:44

Yes, I think that is a good colour and style. However, I can understand if she wants the long, lustrous locks!

OP posts:
KnickerlessParsons · 24/02/2026 13:58

The Wimbledon hair is so much nicer than her current hair. It doesn’t overwhelm her, but is still long enough to be “put up” for evening dos etc.

justasking111 · 24/02/2026 14:23

My hair was like Kate's really thick and wavy it needed the weight and length or it frizzes. It's got a mind of it's own. It has got shorter over the years on my shoulders now. My lovely hairdresser cuts in long layers to shape it. But if it rains and I get drenched people are surprised to note the curls.

We're never satisfied are we 😁

tinaabbot · 24/02/2026 16:02

I think her hair the time she wore the dress in 2019 was fab

eggandonion · 24/02/2026 16:15

Im not convinced about the top of the dress but it's very Disney Princess in a good way! Imagine having so many princessing opportunities.

Maireas · 24/02/2026 16:19

Nice shades of green and the trousers aren't too baggy.

Agree I like the shade of green

gluenotsoup · 24/02/2026 18:20

She suits green, that looks just very wearable and easy style
