actually few body & hair sprays and deodorants are with the summer perfumes shelf. I don't really have decants, they are minis but you know what I mean

I think the lipstick holders from amazon are great, but the advent calendars with reusable doors can be so handy to organise shelves If you can't find them easy you won't think of using them. My cosmetics (skincare and makeup) and my work office desk drawers are all organised with repurposed advent doors.

Someone on here recommended the lipstick holders to me for the 5-10ml travel sizes, I received it yesterday and really enjoyed organising them. I've put the ones away in a box that I think are spring summer. Then I went from left to right with more subtle, softer vanillas, along to ones that are more going out, so I know where to look depending on my mood, occasion and scent I'm after.

I'd really like some suggestions on how I can store the 1.2ml samples. I'd like a box with different compartments so I can split them up. Currently they're in a large clear makeup bag which isn't great as they're all jumbled up and more keep arriving 🤣 so please tell me your ideas 🙏

Some people use pencil cases, but you need to find one that is aesthetically appealing as else it's a downer

I keep few perfume sample sets in their boxes, but I tend to get rid of those I won't use quick. I don't have that many

The ones I don't like, I've been popping into my vinted sales, but there's loads that I do like that I don't want to part with 🤣

Apart from pencil case, you could use shallow smaller doors from advent and store them by type or mood or brand
You could keep some of the sample set boxes and fill them in with sample you keep
You can see I have few with my minis, I have BDK sample box I store few in. I kept replica and PDM sets for some reason, although I am slowly using or gifting them too.
If you have a lot pretty pencil case could work well.

Very impressed with the cult beauty frag bag which landed today - loads in there including vyrao, discotheque, commodity and nest. I bought the kayali sweet obsessions set to get the gwp, there was a fleur majesty in the samples and I really like it so will keep the 10ml of that, plus vanilla 28 and sell the other ones.

Anyone who is on the fence re the gwp, if it is still available, it's a good one. GWPs in general are getting a bit crap lately, I know beauty not fragrance but the latest SNK one on the other thread looks terrible and probably a big min spend to get it too.

I was delighted with it. Loads of new ones to try. So far the Discotheque perfume is a surprise hit and the EM cistus a complete miss. The Vyrao is nice too.

What's the discothèque like? I dont generally like EM, all based around iso e super, so wasn't bothered about that one.

@IDontHateRainbows Very floral. Opens on me with violets (the flower, not Parma violet) then there’s jasmine and other white and pink florals. I think. There’s something light and bright about it. From the description I thought I wouldn’t like it, but I do. Not an EM fan either.

Not massively got into discothèque as of yet, I found Lola at coat check very ambroxy, had that artificial feel to it. Heathens had a bit of the dill pickle smell some santals have ( to some noses).

The names are interesting but a bit gimmicky.

Loving the fleur majesty royale, its a bit rosey but quite light and fruity. Poor mam's Delina!

I store mine in a cheap cosmetic holder that I think was from home bargains or B&M. It looks fine, although I do like the AC drawer idea.

SotE is Ex Nihilo Blue Talisman - i liked it from the first spray, and it's dried down nicely.

My place smells lovely as I've just purchased a Nikura Misti diffuser recommended from one of the Christmas threads. I've misted their Rouge 540 (Baccarat Rouge inspired), Noir Opium (Black Opium) and Snow Pixie (Anthropologie Snow Angel) oils so far and all smell amazing. I can really recommend the diffusers and oils, I've just bought another one with mire of the dupe oils on the way.

I use a foam test tube holder in the bas of a drawer. Also throw into my underwear drawer so it smells lush in there. And an old bojangles truffle box. I could go on as I have sooooo many. Basically every drawer in my house has a few in, plus my handbags. And a small bag in my locker at work.

I’m jealous of all your tidy drawers! I was massively inspired by @MiaN post and have done a stock check of perfumes, and tidied up my dressing table a bit. I’m going to work my way from the bottom and post here. I do find scents change between hot and cold weather.

SOTD is BTSO Black Creme. I love this. Kind of wish I'd bought the big bottle. It seems to be out of stock on the website now.

I have all my in rotation perfumes in a carousel storage (stock pic attached). Bought it from Amazon a while back. You can't tell from the image but the middle top section has lots of slots for travel size perfumes. The one I bought is out of stock now but I imagine there's loads of similar listings.

I also have a clear plastic make up bag stuffed full of minis that haven't made it onto the carousel and a CB cardboard box with all the 1-2 ml sample cards

The carousel isn't totally full of perfume, I also have deodorants, body sprays and some hair stuff on there too.

I seem to have accumulated loads of tiny samples over the last few months 🤔 I've not even put into my makeup bag the ones from the perfume society. I've seen a box on the hobbycraft website, I'm going to go see if I can get it in store tomorrow 😊

I like the discotheque from the CB stocking so I'm looking forward to trying the one from the gwp 😁 Is the Vyrao the same one as the one in the SNK FAC?

Space NK fragrance calendar is Vyrao Ludeaux which is the peach schnapps latex one that I like. The one in the Cult Beauty GWP is Ludatrix which is meant to be sexier+latex.

Enjoying commodity juice tonight from tje CB gwp. I didn't think I would but its quite moreish and a good substitute for very good girl, although not as good.

Mr Rainbows got very excited when I tried a sample of Ludatrix, thinking id turn into some sort of nympho, he was sorely disappointed
