Ouai st Bart’s body mist today. Lovely tropical coconut, very beachy. Love this which is surprising to me considering I don’t usually like white florals. Organising my skincare bits and realised this has been languishing untouched for months behind the chaos so I’ve brought it out to use more regularly. An easy wear for our climate

I like st Bartz, sometimes even in colder months when I crave summer.

Laundry day citrus opening doesn't last long, its another perfume that I think will thrive in summer/heat.

Not sure about today, its office day boy I may stick with velvet aura

I did post on the beauty thread but as this has a scent gwp thought I would post it here too.
Cult Beauty have a scent gwp with a £80 spend.

SOTD - I have two why only have one! Mojave ghost absolu on one hand and CH Very Good Girl on the other.
I've been suprised at how consistently and completely I have enjoyed the good girl range, at times I've liked all of them best - good girl, very elixir and very. No so much blush. Very Good Girl coming out on top as the all time fave! Seriously considering getting a fb and for someone with my habit that says a lot as 90% of my frag is samples, usually 5-10ml.

I will admit when I first started getting into niche fragrances I went off designer, and was on the way to becoming something of a fragrance snob, luckily I realised there are loads of great designer scents out there, this is one, and there is a place for both designer and niche in my collection.

Laundry day I had a test of and didn't get on with. I seem to have a citrus 'threshold' where a little bit, or if it's very well blended with something softer, is ok (eg the oda ona, spiky muse) but when it gets too zingy I'm out. Shame as bal d'afrique is just over that threshold for me but I know it is one of your faves

Fugazzi Vanilla Haze from the Cult Beauty stocking which has just arrived. Nice enough so far, nothing special.

Certainly didn't get any lemon in the opening.

Dylan Purple for me today. A fruity floral which I love in autumn

SOTD is BDK Impadia. Just have a 2ml sample. I do really like this one, it may be my fave BDK scent. It's on a future may buy wish list.

I’m on a mission to use up some samples to make way for my Liberty scent kit and gwp (yay) that will be coming to me in a couple of weeks. So today’s evening scent is mm replica autumn vibes (I miss autumn!). Earthy and a little spicy, but not obviously so. Dry down is a bit sweeter. Will use up the sample but not one I’d rp.

Well my perfume sale lead to few people fighting over who asked first, and one being upset that I sold the items to the person that wanted 5 in the same time. She wasn't happy with the postage price, both of them contacted me in the same time, one wanted 5 and was happy with the postage, the other 2 and was questioning and asking why not cheaper and while she asked questions I agreed and accepted payment from the other. Then she went on to accuse me I treated her badly and I have agreed to sell her the items - I have not! The moderator (facebook group) said I did nothing wrong as it's clear they are both looking for same items in the same time, and as one was slow to say ok lest go ahead with it, I was ok to accept the first one that did. Apparently my prices are too good! Anyway, I have good reputation on the forum and I won't sweat it

I sprayed little bit of bibi vanilla factory on my hand and I got little sniffs of it while walking the dog this morning and I thought it's ok. I may keep it in the maybe.

Waiting for delivery from allbeauty so I will choose scent of the day from that, it may end up being something summary and beachy! Winter has not even started yet and I am already daydreaming of spring/summer.

Miller Harris Scherzo today. I like this one, rose and oud work well together.

Very disappointed that HN have lost my advent calendar and wont replace it straight away. Shit customer services. Won't bother with them again unless they are selling something unique or a spectacularly good deal.

I already got this AC so was repurchasing for resale purposes although I was planning to keep a couple luke the spiky muse.

In other news I ordered the cult beauty perfume gwp alongside kayali sweet obsession set. Ill keep the vanilla 28 and possibly the rose one. The marshmallow and rock candy can go as far too sweet.

BORNTOSTANDOUT Dirty Milk today.

Finally purchased it blind. I sprayed it last night and it’s very strong and chemical-y at first, quickly goes away to be caramel smell. Stayed there after shower like the other BTSO scents I tried in store. Put it on this morning and I really like it, but it’s not milk it’s caramel with spice. Really happy with the packaging and bottle too. Not sure about the season of this as it isn’t too spicy for summer. Will be interesting to see how it smells in summer as it is not too heavy.

It wasn’t what I was expecting but I do really like it. BTSO Black Creme is actually milky and comforting like Commodity Milk (which I don’t actually like, it smells too much like fresh milk rather than the comfort of milk smell), but waaaay too intense for me to actually purchase and wear.

I missed out on the Cult Beauty GWP by hours. Has anyone here tried the Kayali Oudgasm set? Is it very gourmand? Their strawberry cheesecake and Dubai chocolate combos sound exactly like the kind of thing I’d love but the reviews say they don’t deliver on the name.

I'd have returned it and reordered for the gwp 🤣

I’ve succumbed to FOMO 😬 The CH frag mystery box has come back into stock so I bought it. In my defence it has a free gift of a nice festive toiletries bag and I got a 7ml Good Girl and some other samples included. I’m not sure whether to keep it to gift myself at Christmas, due to the mystery element, or rip into it when it arrives.

Yes. I like it. Chocolate is my fave. I rarely find a Kayali I don't like and find they last fine on me - maybe not the most long lasting but decent enough. They do get mixed reviews though so probably one of those dependent on the person ranges.

Im in town today for a work thing and just walked past HN. They have the fragrance calendar in stock. Luckily they weren't open yet but I could see through the window, as turning up to a work event with a massive advent calendar isn't a good look! Presumably they will still be there later. I am minded just to get one at full price to make up for disappointment of the lost one.

I went Cult for the GWP - nice mix of sizes for DIY advent.

@JoRaRaRa thoughts on Verticaloud? I loved it about 6 months ago and disliked it last week…

Tried Jo Malone 'spiced apricot and sandalwood' again earlier in the week - the first time, on a paper tester, it was too sweet and air-freshener, but on my skin was completely delicious. Havering sbout whether to blow out on a bottle before Christmas now...

I want to try this one. I keep looking out for a small size in edits and gwp. I'll probably just have to smell in store sometime.
