These sandals - yay or nay?

I want sandals with a toe box to hide my fugal nails, comfy to walk and sand in all day. Will wear as a teacher who teaches forest school and outdoor activities as well as in the classroom. With and without socks, must be machine washable.

I like the look of these Keen sandals. Do you agree or can I find better?

Toe boxes are ugly so I say let your fungal nails be free! No one will really care.

However, if you care the sandals are fine. Look lovely and comfy.

I think looking at fungal nails would be preferable to looking at those sandals.

For what you are needing them for (forest school etc) they look ideal.

If you work in a Secondary school, those pupils will have plenty to say behind your back. Last week a pupil said to me ‘ OMG have you seen Mrs ……. concrete grippers?’ Another pupil said ‘ she is wearing sandals, who wears sandals?’ Teenagers are brutal.

Perfect! Have had the normal keen sandals for years and didn't realise they did these fancy ones that are prettier! Good grip on keens and Def had a good secure fit. I'd go for it and see if they suit your feet :)

Consider these by Jambu. I had a pair a few years ago and they were fantastic. I don't like to wear open toes when bike riding, so these were my summer go-to's.

I like ugly sandals (or have forced myself to accept them because so many sandals are uncomfortable) but I'm not mad on them. Do not show your fungal nail to school kids - that will remembered far longer than dodgy sandals.

Keen are great sandals. They are a pretty neutral colour as well. Perfect for wearing for outdoors activities in the summer. You will look like a twit stumbling round a beach or forest in dainty fashion sandals.

Interesting, but I would never wear those, look like space shoes or something. I love how everyone has different styles and we definitely don't agree!!

Seems most think they ugly...however think I will just go for them. Comfy, outdoorsy, hide toes from teenagers.
Some asked why wash them? If I don't wear socks then my shoes start to smell and don't want to spread fungus to other toes!!

Beyond hideous.
