We still have a few weeks to go but we are up to thread 6.

Will we get any good Black Friday discounts?

I agree. A surefire way to avoid black eyeliner and This Works pillow spray. I know quite a few people have been doing this for a while but it's always felt like it would spoil the surprise for me and I wouldn't trust DH to buy things, but I think there are enough boxes and gift sets for me quickly to forget what I'd ordered.

Doubleraspberry , yes I thought I might not check the contents to closely, also will have the added benefit of purchasing Sumner boxes and gwp throughout the year .

I agree some of the boxes and edits have been good. I'm hoping Liberty do a good one next year as I'm saving for that via the Beauty Drop and I'll also have a calendar worth saving for future years. Definitely going to be more circumspect next year...she says!

It was very strange. It was early on and it had a £40 off discount. I was playing around and put it in my basket and it took another £40 off- I bought it so quick!

@IDontKnowWhatYouMean that was on 25th September just looked back at the confirmation.

The Flannels cracker is still available but still full price. That may be one to watch over the following weeks....

I am not looking for anything else, I shouldn't be reading around black Friday. I got all the advents I want and discount on VB products I needed (thanks for the tip, whoever shared the discount info with me, as well as offer on BDK perfumes get 10ml free when purchasing full size.

I am hoping nothing too appealing comes up, then wouldn't it be awesome to have great fragrance edit, or 30% off something from my wish list?

I've been reserved and 'only' bought SpaceNK and the Boots Make More Room For Beauty Beauty Box Edit. I also have made the most of GWP when buying gifts for others or stocking up.

I've already opened most of the SpaceNK as I want to have my routine with all the new products sorted to use together to have a pampering month, rather than one door a day. I like quite a few of the products so I expect I'll be able to pick up a few bits cheaper if others sell them on.

The beauty box is for DD's advent, and some of the products from the SpaceNK are heading into her advent too.

I'm already planning next year and have a savings pot ready for an advent and a nice bottle of not so cheap perfume for next year :)

Just seen that the M&S beauty calendar has sold out online. I’m quite surprised actually - it is in a nice bag, but the contents - for me - were quite disappointing.

Of course, now it’s gone, I sort of want it 🙈

@cathyandclaire I don’t recall the Good Genes being in an AC, just the CEO glow oil and the Luna night oil.
Perhaps somewhere might have it in a beauty box

@cathyandclaire Liberty Advent had a 30ml Good Genes in it this year, however it is sold out. You may be able to pick one up on Vinted or eBay

The full sized Good Genes was in the liberty advent calendar but I think that’s now sold out. People tend to sell it much cheaper on Vinted so worth looking on there.

Just looked on Vinted and the full sized Good Genes is listed for around the £20 mark

It’s in Liberty. I took it out after reading about it & loved it too. Maybe on sale around Black Friday?

If anybody has a young teen looking for a calendar, Boots 17 is now down to £20.10, DD(12) has it, the box is very pretty and big, so gas a wow factor for a bargain price!
