I think there was one a few months/weeks back but can't find it, so apologies if doubling up.
What perfume are you wearing today?
I will wear Atelier Cologne Trefle Pur in hope it will actually be warm today.

Baccarat rouge 540

GoingRate · 14/07/2024 15:12

DramaAlpaca · 14/07/2024 17:02

I've gone old style today and an wearing Fidji by Guy Laroche, a vintage, floral freshie.

StormingNorman · 14/07/2024 17:05

Clarins Eau Dynamisante

DisneyHag · 14/07/2024 17:50

Celine, La Peau Nue.

It brought me to tears when I first encountered it in my local Selfridges last autumn, such was the rush of nostalgia for the 70s that it conjured. But the initial spray disappeared so fast I wasn’t willing to splash out on a full bottle. So I’m hoarding a tiny sample bought as part of a Celine sample box.

It’s much smoother than my usual style - a breath of calm at a fraught time. I’ll need a full bottle eventually …

Catnipcupcakes · 14/07/2024 17:54

Monotheme Tuberose. About £20 from M&S and for the price it really hits the spot.

I’d prefer to be able to wear Byredo Rose of No Man’s Land every day but at £220 per 100ml I can’t.

Ooh. I love a 70’s scent.

Fracas takes me right back to Christmas 1976!

DisneyHag · 14/07/2024 18:03

The odd thing is, La Peau Nue was apparently created in 2019. And it’s so subtle I find it difficult to describe at all - but something about it takes me back to my hazy understanding of the adult world when I was child.

Catnipcupcakes · 14/07/2024 23:44

So now I’ve had to order a sample from Fragrance Revolution @DisneyHag , your description is so intriguing. Not often you hear a decade being referenced like that.

Celine is amazing, not tried one from them I disliked!

There’s a crispness in the air here today so I will be wearing my beloved Zara Red Temptation Winter - it is stunning in autumn (but I find it not rich enough for winter).

I must smell this - you describe it beautifully.

canyon2000 · 29/08/2024 08:30

Elegantly Tokyo from Zara. It's one of the range Jo Malone created for them.

spikeandbuffy · 29/08/2024 08:32

Kayali vanilla today

MonkeyTennis34 · 29/08/2024 12:36

KAYALI Maui....sooo summery but smell is sooo short-lived!!

Bulgari Magnolia Sensuel.

GoTigers · 29/08/2024 14:38

Gucci Memoire D’Une Odeur

A wonderfully comforting blend of chamomile and bitter almond that works brilliantly in the autumn. It’s crisp and warm in the same moment. Most unlike other Gucci fragrances and I’m gutted they’re discontinuing it.

Chickydoo · 29/08/2024 15:28

Chanel Deuville
Lovely and light and fresh

Purplecatshopaholic · 29/08/2024 15:30

Tom Ford Black Orchid today. Defo a fave.

Aww no, is it being discontinued? Didn’t know that. I love it too.

It is - actually think it already has. Shame, as it’s a beautiful scent.

I dont think it was a big seller and many people disliked it because it was quite 'different'.

SOTD is Pink Me Up Atelier des Ors
