You just WANT it but you won’t or can’t buy it because it’s too impractical, too expensive, not a necessity, not sensible, unreasonable, etc. Every so often you’ll look at it online, sigh longingly, give the screen a loving stroke and sadly close the page.

There was a Jaeger pink coat on M&S a couple of years ago , it was gorgeous but I have nowhere to go that means I could wear a dry clean only pale pink coat ( there was an M&S looki-likey but I talked myself out of that too . )

Whenever I wear expensive things these days I worry more and more they’ll get stolen so I don’t wear them as much as I used to. A friend recently had her Patek Philippe watch ripped off her wrist.

I want chickens too! However my auntie who had them for years in the country put me off them so I’ve sadly not got them. Do they get on with cats?
