So, I like the idea of this tea dress, but what is with that gap between the boobs thing - what goes there?

I need to find something affordable to wear to an evening event type thing. I would quite like to wear a nice dress. But not too eveningy or floaty or anything - just nice.

Don't know if i afford the dress and shoes atm. I could wear the black tunic i already have with the turquoise shoes, or get the black dress and wear some shoes I already have. Will rummage in the back of cupboard.
