I know all about Droopy and Browns and I'm only early 40s! I became introduced to them at a vintage fair. I am not married but my friend got married in a 70s dress very much like the one on the wedding in Man about the House (17 mins in on this video)

Now gone up to £54.99!

I really love the Lara one, im planning a really small wedding and a party to follow. this dress is so my style and fits both perfectly!

Still a bargain ! The pictures didn’t do it justice really as it looked like satin in the flesh and hung so beautifully

Didn’t want a meringue so went ‘power dressing’ instead

@FarEast Thanks, am glad you like the dress. The shoes are actually Hush Puppies! And more detailed than you can see in the photo, but perfect for a wedding. Think it was a random fluke I found them as I don't do uncomfortable shoes. I still own them, 10 years on but haven't worn them since as I don't do heels! Maybe I should sell them.

Late to the thread but that's a fantastic outfit. Traditional white/ivory but makes the other traditional white/ ivory look fussy and overblown.
