I am away in windy and rainy Cornwall in the van and wearing jeans and jumper ( but with Toast tee under) .. Luckily I did bring my Toast Tretorn wellies.
All of my lovely Toast linen looks like it may return home unworn .....

Btw: I was - sadly- awake again at 3am today and didn’t see any restocking of the sale.

I wonder if Toast aren’t going to bother restocking again so close to the end of the sale.

I was just about to order a couple of tees, but they are now sold out.

I know 🤣@Laska2Meryls Bizarrely, Toast were still adding new items up to a couple of days ago. The Lotus trousers appeared for about ten minutes at 4am the other day!

I was tempted, until I remembered that they made me look like I was entering an Infants sack race 🤣

It was a VERY long sale. Mind you, Hush started before it and is still trying to entice me in, but fortunately for me the only thing I wanted from there was a new glasses chain.

@ilovecherries that dress looks so lovely - makes me want to wear dresses again. Are you in one of the places where the heatwave is?

My final delivery arrived - the cotton linen slub shirt, and I think it's going to be the one thing I keep - all the tees going back - @Dee1224 - what were you after? I might have it! (navy boatneck in M, navy cotton linen tie neck in XXS, XS and S). I could order the black coffee shirt in a S but I don't think I have the energy - the blue shirt is such a beautiful colour!

I’m wearing a Toast robe from last year’s sale after changing out of my mucky gardening clothes. Think I might just hang about in this to watch the tennis and get properly dressed later.
I’m already wondering why I bought so many dresses (ok, 3, not that many!). As soon as the weather is less than sunny, I can’t imagining wearing them. And two of them are not even height of summer type dresses.
This AW I am going to force myself into dresses more. My shape has changed a lot in the past few years and I find trousers trickier and trickier. The ones I own that I can still fit into are just not that flattering on me. Dresses are more flattering. But I am really a jeans girls at heart so have to push myself out of my comfort zone a bit.

@faustina, that shirt is the same fabric as the ‘nurse’ dress and also the frill collar shirt from the new collection. It’s such a great fabric. I tried that shirt at the start of the season thinking it would be a winner, but iirc it has raglan sleeves and they are not great for me. Enjoy it!

@faustina - navy boatneck arriving today! I was tempted by the slub cotton elbow length sleeve tee in blue.

We are in Puerto Pollenca in Mallorca. It’s about 38 according to my watch but there is a breeze which is helping a lot. Our balcony is also pretty much in shade all day - from trees in the morning and then in the afternoon from the building itself, so we’re enjoying it. Up and out about 7.00am then back on the balcony all afternoon and out again about 6pm. Not very exciting but it’s suiting us. We have a hire car too so yesterday when it was stifling we went up to the mountains for lunch where it was much more comfortable.

Just received the Oar check dress and it's going back...had high hopes but everything falls in the wrong places for me. Ah well, my bank balance will be thankful.

@ScottishMouse - I tried it on at the beginning of the season too, in an actual shop and felt it might be too small around the shoulders, but then the next size up was way too big and shapeless so I left it. I think I can make the XS work now I've spent some time fiddling with it - it is a beautiful fabric!

@Dee1224 - fingers crossed for you for the boatneck. It was just a bit too shapeless for me in the medium and I suppose I could try the next size down but I'm going to call this The End for me (for the sale) - I'm exhausted!

Meant to post to say I went into a Toast shop the other day. I absolutely loved this but know my short fat frame will not suit it

And interestingly it looked like they had ironed the supposed "crinkle" items

@ilovecherries - I don’t know how well you know Majorca, but I highly recommend visiting the old town of Pollenca - just up from the port!

We went there the other evening for dinner, it was just lovely. Felt almost like we’d left tourist Spain behind. Actually this holiday feels like the first time I’ve actually breathed out for months (well, since 2020 probably)

Wow, another thread! I’ve just worn my dhuggie to shave my cat! She’s a long hair rescue and needs spa days sometimes. Weirdest activity for a toast outfit?

I also love that ikat outfit @AFingerofFudge but also won't be purchasing it. And how funny re the crinkle dresses - we simply won't have their weird designs foisted on to us!

Motivated by @toastcosiloveit I have gon throught eh storage sectionof my wardrobe. I've taken out 20 things, and an additional one went into my memories box as it was my grandmothers.

Bluebell would be an excellent model for them! I’m now off for a hot bath to recover 🙃
