Thread for anyone who has the LiB 2022 advent calendar and would like to discuss contents.

In line with the waifs and strays thread I suggest no earlier than 7am for discussing that days contents? Also if we can try to minimise naming the contents still to come as I've tried to forget!

Brilliant day 1! Shiseido Benefiance wrinkle smoothing day cream 50ml, which looks like it's worth about £60? I haven't tried anything from the brand so I'm looking forward to this.

A note to CHECK your beauty boxes when they arrive! I got the summer essentials which is a really lovely box but one item was missing completely and the perfume is empty!!! It looks like it’s been decanted and reboxed / returned. Quite shocked by that - I’ll let you know what LiB say, I bought from there directly to get the box so am annoyed to get an incomplete / tampered box.

todays moisturiser looks lovely though 😊

Really pleased with this cream too, beautiful jar and have never really tried the brand. One for summer for me I think. Overall advent packaging very nice too….

Just joining in as LIB advent just arrived today This is my second advent and I will be gifting or saving the products for later in the year but I can’t resist joining in the unboxing now as love hearing what everyone else thinks.
i agree brilliant first box and hugely excited to try this brand as very £££ and I have not owned anything by them before.
Finding the boxes very hard to open though as very stiff it’s an advent designed to discourage peeping that is for sure

@FluffyFluffMonster Have you had any notification it has been dispatched I placed my order 26th November , arrived today but had an email 2 days ago saying it had been dispatched . Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow but might be worth chasing

@gianfrancogorgonzola may I ask if the missing product was one of the NUXE masks? I only received one of those in my box but the blurb about the box online says it contains 11 products so I think it might be a case of getting either/or for the NUXE masks.

Olaplex number 3 today, I've never tried this so I'm happy with this drawer. I've had number 7 before and liked it so have high hopes.

I opened two today as I'm away later in the month so need to double up occasionally. Love olaplex but it's a functional product for me, I get through two a year so one of the reasons I went for this calendar. My second was v exciting but won't tell you day / item!

top tip - don't use as a conditioner, you need to condition afterwards.

I've never tried olaplex either so happy with this.
Hope it's ok to say here, my beauty box arrived today which was a free gift with the calendar. I'm really impressed with the contents. Mix of full size and sample sizes and a full size perfume which is great as I'd used mine up, not my first choice of scent but it's nice enough for everyday wear.

Day 1 - shiseido day cream looks nice. Im
not particularly wowed by it but nice to have.

Day 2 - olaplex 3. I’ve recently started using olaplex and am rapidly burning through this product so it’s nice to have a spare on hand.

I used the cream today, it’s got a lovely texture . And the body shop elixir of youth drops that came in the beauty box, whacked that on pronto let’s hope it works 🤣🤣

My advent arrived today (looks great) so opened 1 & 2 today. Haven't tried anything Shiseido or Olaplex before so looking forward to trying these!
Hopefully my mystery box arrives soon.
