@dudsville it was me who had the pistachio knitted jumper. Sorry for slow reply, have been away. The sleeves are fitted, not all puffed out like many styles now. A neat fit all round. Would be too short for me, except that I got some really high-waisted trousers to go with.

@mizu I love those three too! In fact I did buy the linen dress and am very pleased with it.

I tried on the indigo twill easy shirt today in store - the same design as the easy Oxford shirt that so many of us have and love . I did not buy it because of the price but I liked it very much . It is made of quite thick fabric and is almost more of a jacket than a shirt . It runs large so I would definitely size down if anyone is tempted. Fingers crossed that there might be a sale before too long .

Thanks for the details@lordloveadog , I'm tempted by it, although now that I've finally had a chance to wear the neat sweater bought in the summer sale I think I quite liked the fuller sleeves. I will have to try the heathery sweater on though as I missed out on an orange sweater in that sale and I've been kicking myself!

Hi all
I previously posted under a different name.

Getting my Toast mojo back after the staff have improved at my local branch. Also, I realised that my favourite few things in my wardrobe are Toast!

So today I bought the broiderie dress in navy. It’s stern. I like it. Will be perfect in cooler weather with a fine poloneck under.

I bought the embroidered skirt. Gorgeous. I sized up as it seemed quite neat and they didn’t have my normal size. I’ve ordered it online to try. It will be great all year round, this one. I love it!

Left field for me -I tried the needlecord blouse and it was really lovely. The blue was best on me but I liked the green too. Bought the blue and ordered the green to try at home. It’s a really cool shape, great detail.

Very pleased, albeit broke!

@Trinitybean I don’t know if you found out the answer about PayPal, but I spoke to Toast this morning and they assure me it’s a temporary thing due to problems they have been having with processing PayPal payments.
Don't know how temporary it will be, but I always use PayPal too so it’s a bit annoying.

ah thank you, @Theteapotsbrokenspout that's great. I just put some of the blundstone boots on my credit card but I much prefer paying in three, and like others said it's perfect for big orders so you're not paying too much out. :-) PS: My sister went to Kilver Court a couple weeks ago, the photos make me so envious. :-)

I'm obsessing over the Geometric Cotton Jacquard Skirt now. @bitachey , was that the one you bought? Does it add a lot of volume around the waist? I'm just concerned that the gathering is right up at the waist which wouldn't suit me. Thanks!

Looking at previous sales, last year the ‘fading summer sale’ was today! Seems quite early for them to do a sale when they only released new stuff a week ago though

A question about Gabis and Alixs: do you tuck your top into these trousers? I find it looks slightly odd due to the long crotch and the high waist. Interested to know how others style them?

I don't tuck my top in, but I have seen some others on here posting pics where they have. I think they look great both ways! <unhelpful>
