Loving Toast updates. Great looking skirt @TheChattyRat , and useful feedback @Stoic123 , I'm considering the oversized check dress, but only in a sale. I realy want the patch pocket denim skirt and would probably decide that it's worth full price, £130 no longer seems like a ridiculous expense, but it's oos in my size. I'll keep an eye out.

Scout have posted this tank which Toast don’t have on the website. Hopefully be better priced in pounds. I think I’m developing a tank obsession.

Looking at prices on Scout’s website for other Toast items that are in stock on the Toast website, it should be £125, as it’s priced the same as the a-line denim skirt and that is what Toast are charging for that.

Oh I never thought of looking at that @ScottishMouse . The tanks seem to be lower prices than they used to be. The new fair isle one is £125 too.

I really don’t need more knitwear @Countmeout , but I don’t have a tank….Will spend my covidy day in bed thinking about what I could pair it with in my wardrobe...

There's also mention on the Scout website of some new Gabis although no picture yet!

My sister is offering me hers, she bought it last year but hasn’t worn it and was thinking of ebaying it, but said she would post it to me if I wanted it. It looks kind of ridiculously big and not easy to pack to take on holidays, but the reviews are good.

Yes, I noticed that too @AFingerofFudge I wonder what kind of blue “mineral blue” is. Although the cord Gabis don’t ever seem to fit me as well as the twill ones.

Perhaps it’s the ones styled with the tank on Scout’s Instagram stories? Quite light blue. They look lovely if it is.

That’s a lovely hat @ScottishMouse but you’d have to carry it surely, and any time I’ve done that I’ve left it on the plane or in a taxi.

Yes @Countmeout , and it would probably count as an extra piece of luggage on Ryanair/EasyJet!!🤣

Notice that the fluid twill dresses (in both colours) have sold out quickly online (same in store too I understand).

@CotswoldWoolly - figured they must be good as return rate seems low.

The green is an absolutely gorgeous colour. Completely wrong colour for me - if not, there would be heavy FOMO going on right now.

Still big, I have 10s and I am certainly not a 10 anywhere else.. (either 12 to 14 on high st depending on how high the waist is)
The jute ones are slimmer in the leg than the black though

Have just ordered the poplin pleated trousers to try. They look like a good option for warmer weather. I’m not sure the style will work on my short legs, but worth a go, and a Toast delivery will be a pick me up while stuck in with Covid.
Hoping there will be new stuff online soon, including that lovely tank.

Hope you feel better soon @ScottishMouse . there are a couple of nice looking new Kin dresses - one a big black gingham check and another a denim with a square neck. I don't suppose anyone has tried them on have they?

I saw those dresses and am tempted by the denim one. They are quite toast-esque. Do you think that the designers of Kin secretly look at Toast styles? There have been quite a few design similarities.

Im thinking of the denim wide legs and also a matching denim shirt.
Also there is a red and white dress in a 'sketchy' pattern that is similar to a Toast one in style.

The big check one is very similar, and I'm also curious about the denim one. I don't think I've ever had a square neck before! Off to see the red dress...
