That dress is on my wish list - I kind of regret not buying the blue checked one last year. Is the sizing similar? and please do tell re: the bodice!

They are very rare. They don’t even do referral codes any more sadly.

Saurus, sizing is very similar. Plenty of room for generous bust. There's a more interesting bust and sleeve arrangement than the blue one had. Slightly prairie, but only slightly. A flat square bodice which is flattering to curvy figure.

Decided to return the Gabi Cords. Love the fit despite being a larger size than I was expecting to need, but I just don't have enough things for them to go with - they are a lot brighter orange in real life! Anyone know what the Oil colour is like?

I used to get most of my 'full price' stuff on referral codes ..
(seems like all of my family and friends are big Toast fans .. well once at least they were !)

Terrierofterror I saw the oil Gabis in Bath shop recently . They are a very dark green- almost black .. I really liked them , and if I hadn't already had the dark coffee ones from a couple of years ago ( again almost black) I would have bought them . I ordered the terracotta/ ginger ones as well .. they were really orange! ..I sent them back as I thought that they would only really go with black.

@lollypoppy123, they used to do a code in the autumn each year, and a code if a friend or family made a purchase. All of the codes were 20% They haven't done an autumn code since Oct 2019 I think it was. Such a shame that they no longer reward loyal customers.

My last purchase for a while comes tomorrow as I paid for next day delivery. It is the loop back jersey trousers and matching top and the patch pocket cotton linen skirt. I have ordered the 12 in the skirt as the 10 did up in the shop but was on the snug side of snug. I have also ordered the log cabin silk bandana as it looks so lovely and like some of you, neck ties are becoming a bit of a thing to lift an outfit.

I am sending back the sale tattershall check cotton pintuck top: it is lovely but really emphasises the bust which isn't a look I want.

It's such a shame they don't do those codes anymore

Did anyone else see they were going to do another live thing for the new season clothes? I could swear it was there - but it's vanished now!

@faustina yes I saw it too, for Thursday - in fact I added it to my work calendar because I’ve got a truly horrible day on Thursday and I was planning on it being a little bright spot. But yes, no sign now. You would have thought there are enough clothes in the collection to make it worthwhile. Maybe it’s a staffing issue 🤷‍♀️

I think there isn't many clothes in the new collection. Its very poor.
Maybe that is why. It definitely was there. I also put it in my diary.

Some of the stuff added [in the shoes] are from last summer season! I wonder if they are struggling.

Re the vanishing Thursday video. It was originally for an earlier date but disappeared and came back as tomorrow which now has disappeared too, maybe they haven’t been able to get it done due to staffing indeed and may reappear. Did anyone see the new things that have appeared, the fairisle tank has gone onto my wish list to try and that beaded poplin shirt but dry clean only is off putting. (And the steep price and I can’t think of one thing to wear it with )

Love the fairisle tank top @Countmeout, although those colours are not me. Probably just as well, I definitely don’t need it.

Yes agree it looks like a jacket , could someone who is in a shop feel it for us and report back please? Not that I will buy it at that price but if it ever popped up in a sale I might be tempted. (Pigs might fly)

That beaded shirt is beautiful, one of my favourite colours too (hides credit card) .

Just looked at the beaded shirt…. It’s lovely but I noticed the beading seems to be also inside the back of the collar. If it is (and it’s not my brain seeing something that’s not there!) that would either make my neck itch and/or end up all tangled with my hair I think?
Does that make sense?

Yes, I think you're right @AmethystMoonShine the beading does look as if it extends to the inside. Hopefully someone will be able to visit a shop and confirm this - I'm many miles from a shop .

It’s one of my favourite colours too @Theteapotsbrokenspout. But I don’t love the beading and yes, imagine it might be scratchy. I also wonder if poplin is heavy weight enough to carry all that beading on the collar. I’m imagining it to be like the poplin pj shirts, but maybe the fabric is different. I may be in the Edinburgh Toast this week or next, so will report back if I see it.

I daren't go near another Toast shop to sus out the beaded shirt for us all: every time i cross the threshold, I spend more money . Thankfully the colour of the shirt itself is one that is very draining on me, but the beaded collar might just lift it so that it suits my complexion!
