Buying my first designer bag...help please!

Hello lovely people of style and beauty, I'm in the market for a gorgeous designer bag, budget is around £1700 possibly 2k if im absolutely in love.

At the moment I'm loving this bag .. I just love the style , the colour, everything about it really, but wondering if there are any other similar style bags out there that I might love abit more ! I don't want to rush into a purchase as it's a lot of money but at the same time, I do really love this bag! Now my dc are all primary school aged, I can carry a smaller bag which is amazing !

Thoughts please and also any suggestions would be very welcome

@tiredofthisshit21 ahaha no that was actually taken for dh because he couldn't come with me, so I was doing some last minute choosing with him. Was really surprised the reverse was also in stock as yday I was told on the phone it wasn't available. The lady who helped me said it was the last one and they sometimes told customers that it wasn't available as they might travel in and then be disappointed if it's sold in the meantime.
I tried on the black leather, the light leather, the original monogrammed and the reverse and basically had the time of my life 🤣

Matching purse here I come !

Ah I wondered if it was Manchester - I got my 2.55 from Chanel in Selfridges there. I've bought other items from Chanel Bond St, Harrods & Selfridges Oxford St but Manchester had the most professional & pleasant staff.

Absolutely lovely staff, really friendly and welcoming, zenita helped me and she is LOVELY. Would highly reccomend asking for her if anyone does happen to be going in.

I'm not even into logo bags but I love the one you have (I do have a LV monogrammed one but it's vintage and was gifted by a relative).

OMG - enjoy it - spend loads of time with it showing it off but be careful with it please!

I would also suggest you look at bottega veneta and Loewe, writhing your budget and beautiful designs

@ttcstinks - I think a Loewe will be next on my bag purchases but off to Barcelona this spring and I think I'll wait until then.

And you've just reminded me how much I love Bottega Veneta too.

I'm lucky my boyfriend thinks designer bags are an investment. and likes a designer manbag too!

This is crazy but it's made me feel very motivated to lose some weight that I have carried around for about 3 years now and just been too unmotivated and bleurgh about myself in general to lose it.
