I hope there are others with cult beauty advent who are interested in daily chat about the goodies! It's the first year I have not opened a single door ahead of time

I don't see the associated paired offer on their website today. Well, not yet, anyway.

MiaN · 13/12/2021 08:01

I am really loving it. Even the vit D & SPF day while not that fun to get if you use SPF, you don't get enough vit D and in the current climate Vit D is viewed as important for immunity. It's so well curated.

It's real

It's real treat :). Hit post before the last word

I agree it's been well curated so far. It's always going to be a big ask to find products that will work for all ages, skin types, skin tones, climates etc but I think they've done well.

Very happy with the moisturiser today, it's looks nice and lightweight and as an oily gal I'm happy to see it's oil free. It's extremely humid where I am so I will probably give it a whirl tomorrow!

afaloren · 13/12/2021 14:31

Been delighted with the last few days. Fabulous. Honestly the only drawer of disappointment for me was the sun one and probably if I were better at that stuff I should have appreciated that too!

pullshapes · 13/12/2021 21:22

I'm happy with today's too. I finished my last moisturiser last night so will try this out this evening. I agree it feels well curated, I'm enjoying it a lot.

Housewife2010 · 14/12/2021 07:29

Lovely 30 ml Oskia serum today. RRP £78.

Stokey · 14/12/2021 07:33

Very pleased with today's offering. I'm about to finish my hyaluronic acid so this comes at the right time.

I feel the calendar has really stepped up the products in the last few days. I'm looking forward to using lots of these.

MiaN · 14/12/2021 08:15

Pleased with it. It's the nicest advent I ever had and I had Liberty, many space nk, cult beauty before. They really nailed the product selection at least for my taste (fussy) & skin type

Extremely happy with yesterday and today’s products.

I’m loving a few previous days products too - the AB face oil, the vitamin E/carrot oil serum, the mascara and VB lipstick are all definite “will buy again” items for me.

TinyTroubleMaker · 14/12/2021 20:14

Loving this. I have this and the Space NK, this one is winning.

Giftwithpurchase · 14/12/2021 21:25

Hello all joining the party VERY late - a stressful house move, endless colds and a very active toddler have prevented me from opening (or even finding) my calendar til Monday, when I binge opened all 12 drawers!

I'm really impressed with everything - I didn't think I would be as I remember I was really on the fence about getting CB but it's been so good. Only one DoD for me - the mascara and that's only bcs I use Clinique religiously. But I can live with that. I adore the Farmacy green clean, it's my HG balm cleanser and loved today's serum - it's fun that I can't remember any of the contents. The VB lipstick looks right up my street if I ever wear lipstick again!

chloechloe · 14/12/2021 21:40

I would love to binge open 12 drawers! I guess that’s a fair reward for a stressful time!

I’m loving the calendar so far, so many lovely skincare products. This is my first CB calendar after having Fortnums and Liberty in the past and this definitely is the winner. The only disappointment has been the mascara. I find the thin wand way too fiddly and the mascara itself is quite hard to get off - it takes a fair bit of scrubbing and there’s often some left in the morning. Looking forward to tomorrow’s offering.

violetbunny · 15/12/2021 05:29

Wore the VB lipstick for the first time today, its lovely and actually not too pale for me as I had first thought.

MiaN · 15/12/2021 07:37

Happy with the hair mask today, I used it before and loved it

I’ve got quite fine crappy hair and it looks the same whatever I use on it so I can’t get too excited about todays. Will give it a go at some point though.

Same. I’ll probably give this one away actually, as otherwise it’ll end up gathering dust in the bathroom drawer that is the designated graveyard of hair products that do nothing for me.
Stokey · 15/12/2021 09:23

I always find hair masks a bit of a faff. I rarely have time to wash my hair, sit around for 10 minutes and then rewash it. But will probably give it a go.

Giftwithpurchase · 15/12/2021 16:13

@chloechloe it was a great binge which nearly (but not quite) made up for the stress!

I also forgot that there are 25 days in CB so that was a nice surprise

Giftwithpurchase · 15/12/2021 16:14

Btw I've used today's hair mask as a normal conditioner in the past and it's lovely - I never have time to leave on a mask

MrsMcCluskeysCat · 15/12/2021 16:22

I'm another who doesn't use many hair products either, I never find they make any difference so normally palm them off onto friends. I might give this a go though as I do love the Briogeo shampoo we got.

chloechloe · 15/12/2021 19:13

I’m happy with this but wish they’d put it in a drawer with the shampoo or at least on consecutive days. I have OCD about using matching shampoo and conditioner though!

I’m hoping for a nice blusher soon as I have majorly hit pan in the Natasha Danona one from last year’s Look Fantastic AC.

pullshapes · 15/12/2021 19:54

I like this hair mask but I've got loads of it at the moment. It's seems to be a freebie or in boxes quite often. I'll enjoy having enough to last me till summer.

MrsMcCluskeysCat · 16/12/2021 07:44

I have quite sensitive skin (especially in winter) so even though I love some of The Ordinary products I tend to avoid the serious sounding ones like this Grin.

I am not sure if it is likely to cause irritation (it does mention it on the box and suggests a patch test so I am guessing so) so I will introduce it very gradually over the next week and see how it goes. If not all my friends are big fans of The Ordinary products so it will be snapped up by one of them!

MiaN · 16/12/2021 10:55

I am not sure if I will give this a go or not to be honest, not too interested in it
