My first quarterly box arrived today. It's £20 a month which is then "banked" so you can spend that on Liberty beauty making the box free. Free P&P on your purchases too.

Actually sorry I got that email but it only says £10. They owe me around £60 as I spent £250 and also I had 5k in points so another 30-40 :(.

AprilLady · 04/01/2022 22:58

@EasterIssland, definitely worth contacting them. My email had the amount I was expecting (including the October triple points)

AllLopsided · 04/01/2022 23:40

Gutted that this is not available internationally!

:( thanks for letting me know

EasterIssland · 05/01/2022 08:43

Sorry for hijackinf the thread. If anyone is like me expecting a big voucher from the October promo but haven’t jet seems like we might in the January one

The next voucher issuance will be the Winter Liberty Loyalty vouchers. These will be sent out in January 2022, and will include any points earned between 1st September - 30th November 2021. Any points not used towards a voucher, or collected between 1st December 2021 - 28th February 2022 will count towards the subsequent voucher issuance in April 2022.

Is it just me....or is the liberty online beauty offering a big rubbish at the moment? And not just post Christmas, but for the last wee while as well? I wanted to use some points towards a new perfume...it's not listed so must be out of stock online. I emailed them to ask and they said they now only have it in store but could organise a mail order...I asked if I could use my beauty drop points on a mail order and they haven't replied so I'm guessing that's a no. I live approx 600 miles from London so popping in to pick it up instead isn't really an option.

I also fancied trying some chantecaille after a thread on here the other day - hardly any shades of lipstick etc available. Went to reorder my normal surratt blusher instead - again, only a couple of shades available.

Is this just my bad luck? Or have others noticed similar? I love the idea of the beauty drop....but if the products I want aren't reliably listed online then it's a bit pointless for me.

I’ve just searched for the Chantecaille Rose de Mai Cream on the Liberty website and they don’t seem to have it! It was included in the beauty drop box which seems a bit pointless if they don’t have it available to buy…
Giftwithpurchase · 09/01/2022 13:36

@Orangeslemon funnily enough I was just coming on here to ask whether anyone had considered buying the rose cream. I love it but is very ££. Pretty useless if they don't stock it tho! Hoping the summer fridays moisturiser in my CB advent might be a passable dupe ...

Just as an update - customer services did get back to me and I was able to order what I wanted through them as a mail order - and I was able to use my beauty drop credit as well! It wasn't a particularly fast process, but might be worth thinking about if the product you want to buy isn't appearing on line but might be in stock in store.

Liberty has confirmed that we should be getting January’s box next week Smile

BurningTheToast · 17/01/2022 15:50

January's always such a depressing month that I am soooo looking forward to this!

I'm hoping for a make-up bag as I seem to have a few washbags. And maybe a nice face mask as walking the dog on the beach has left my skin a bit dry and sore.

What would you like to see?

I’m really looking forward to another bag!

What I’d like to see:

  • A perfume sample (I’m generally more willing to spend £££ on a fragrance than skincare)
  • A makeup item
  • A nicely fragranced mini shower gel or soap
Tibtab · 18/01/2022 08:20

Got my box on Saturday, was my first one. Interested in trying all the skincare. Not sure about the bath salts but might use it as a scrub.

So looking forward to mine. I'm away all week as we have builders in but DH will be popping in and is under strict instructions to bring back any parcels.

What was in it? Please tell - this is the spoiler thread!

AgnesNaismith · 18/01/2022 11:16

RockaLock · 18/01/2022 11:22

Mine is also on its way, due later today - I've just had the email too. Exciting!!

It was my birthday at the weekend, so this feels like an extra birthday present Smile

Nanasueathome · 18/01/2022 11:26

Mine is coming today too..yay

LoveLabradors · 18/01/2022 11:32

Mine is about to arrive. Feel slightly sorry for those who joined up hoping to receive a wash bag though - I wonder if those of us who signed up from the beginning will be the only ones to get one - perhaps it was the introduction to it all?

My first box and I'm gutted there wasn't one! Sad
Shiningpath · 18/01/2022 11:50

I’m a bit nervous about the whole thing now having had a shocking experience with Liberty customer service earlier this month. I’m not really feeling the contents of a PPs box either.

BurningTheToast · 18/01/2022 12:09

Thanks @JohnnyEyebrows

Doesn't sound exciting and I have a particular dislike of shampoos without matching conditioners because otherwise it's hard to tell. And I was hoping for a make-up bag or similar.

On the other hand, it's better than most beauty subscription boxes and given that it's essentially free, I suppose it's pretty good, especially as I shop at Liberty anyway.

Orangeslemon · 18/01/2022 12:48

My box has just arrived! I’m another who’s a bit disappointed not to get some kind of bag – I can see how it’d be too much to get one every 3 months but places were quite limited for December’s box and for many people this will be their first.

Overall I’m very pleased with the contents though! The scrub, cleanser and body cream are all really decent sizes. I like the idea of getting a shampoo and I’ve been wanting to try Ouai but I’m not sure how well I’ll be able to judge it from a sachet.
