My first quarterly box arrived today. It's £20 a month which is then "banked" so you can spend that on Liberty beauty making the box free. Free P&P on your purchases too.

I'm signed up Xmas Smile

tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz · 15/12/2021 21:01

Me too! I'm so excited and can't wait for my first box.

My plan is to save the credit for the advent next Christmas (I hope it's good!) and NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS ALL YEAR!!! I have an enormous stash I've accumulated this year I need to use up.

I'm trying to be optimistic I can do this ... Grin

Tibtab · 19/12/2021 15:44

Joined today! It’s good that all the money you pay on the subscription is redeemable. Would be buying the stuff anyway and it’s great for gifts.

Blossomtoes · 19/12/2021 16:30

That’s exactly what I plan to do @tellmewhentheLangshiplandscoz. So looking forward to my first box, it will cheer January up no end.

EasterIssland · 22/12/2021 04:48

Joining as unsure whether it’d be worth it for me so want to see what you get! :)

EasterIssland · 22/12/2021 11:32

Joined. If I don’t like it I’ll cancel it :)

If you haven’t already it’s worth joining the liberty collective loyalty scheme. The vouchers from that combined with the beauty drop all help! They also send out the odd bonus voucher too, and a birthday one.

Nanasueathome · 23/12/2021 14:42

I know I’m ‘in’ now
Just had a Christmas card from Liberty and a message thanking me for being a founder member of the beauty drop
I’ve shopped at liberty for a long time and have a reward card with them too. It’s my favourite ‘go to’ shop in London

ColaSoda · 29/12/2021 00:04

I watched the ‘Christmas at Liberty’ Channel 4 programme today and it’s got me very exited for the next Beauty Drop box! I’m guessing we’ll get another beauty bag (?) and I’m almost as excited for that as I am for the products!

My plan is to save my credit up for next year’s advent calendar as well but I did think this year’s was disappointing so that’s a bit of a concern. There isn’t even a dedicated thread for it on MN this year! They mentioned it on the TV show but thought they were a bit vague about whether it met its sales target. Hopefully it comes back better than ever in 2022 Smile

EasterIssland · 01/01/2022 21:54

How can I pay using the £20? Trying to buy something and it doesn’t offer me the option. Only joined few days ago

RockaLock · 01/01/2022 22:01

Easter, when you pay each £20 you should get an email confirming the payment, with the headline "you're all topped up".

That email has a bar code that you use to redeem the £20's. I can't remember exactly, but I think you enter that code in the gift voucher box when you come to pay.

EasterIssland · 01/01/2022 22:01

Found how to use it :) I had an email. And as another pp said I’m trying to buy something not beauty related and it’s accepted :)

Nanasueathome · 04/01/2022 18:16

Just had email from Liberty
Box due very soon

Lndnmummy · 04/01/2022 18:32

I am so excited. I really hope they send a bag with it. I have been lusting for one for ages.

Nanasueathome · 04/01/2022 18:38

And make sure you sign up for the liberty loyalty rewards card
You get points which they convert to gift vouchers
It’s my birthday this month and they also sent me another £5 voucher

Nanasueathome · 04/01/2022 18:39

I’m a long time shopper at liberty and have had the reward card for some time

EasterIssland · 04/01/2022 18:41

Also has anyone received the money for the oct vouchers for the double points and also 10£ for every £50?

blitzen · 04/01/2022 18:42

Oh can't wait! Had an email today asking me to confirm delivery address for my first box!

ferretface · 04/01/2022 19:19

@RockaLock I never get those emails! Wondering if I need to email customer services - I've received my first drop and been paying in but only ever had one email when I first signed up.

AprilLady · 04/01/2022 20:34

@EasterIssland, yes, the collective vouchers email came a couple of days ago. It looks like a marketing email - it’s headed Liberty Collective: Happy New Year - but if you go to the end of the email your voucher amount and code are there.

Isabelle70 · 04/01/2022 21:41

I have registered my interest for the subscription. How long is it before they send you a sign up email?

EasterIssland · 04/01/2022 21:48

I don’t have an email like that :(

EasterIssland · 04/01/2022 21:49

They owe me around £100 in vouchers so I might have to contact them
