Mulberry Summer Sale Preview

Hi all,

I know we have a few handbag lovers on this board so I just thought I'd share...some good deals. Currently having a dilemma with myself over a purchase!!

Ok so here’s my newest purchase.

The Anya Hindmarch Neeson woven crossbody bag.

You can use it as a clutch without the strap. Or you can carry it crossbody or on the shoulder with the strap. It’s woven all round, so the pattern continues on the back.

And there’s a wristlet/handle as well.

This is going to be a summer/holiday day bag, plus also a more casual evening bag.

@Ninkanink - what's the one at Mulberry you have your eye on?

There are accessories for it as well. I’ll get the cherries and an extra strap at some point.

It’s the Leighton in either Nutmeg or Pale Slate, not quite sure on the colour way yet but leaning towards the Nutmeg.

Cute bag! I can't wait for the day when we have an occasion to use them again!

Yes...i almost returned it because let’s face it, it’s not going to be used anytime soon...but I think I’ve decided to keep it as a totem for future happy times!

That's why I'm struggling to justify a purchase if I'm honest!

Yes but the bag you’re buying is more suited to daily use - you could conceivably wear it for work (if you work out of home) or just going out for the grocery shopping or whatever. You will get some use out of it!

I might use mine this summer too, it just won’t get as much use as it could have.

I think I'm going to cave today. I'm driving my husband nuts with the 'should I/shouldn't I' commentary!!

I’m having a c section this week and so achy and big that I can hardly do anything but browse the mulberry site

DH doesn’t think I’d get much use of it being on maternity for the next 9 months though

Well DH doesn’t understand the value of just being able to take it out and stroke it, smell it and appreciate its beauty and handiwork!

@Ninkanink love the new addition - I have spent a good chunk of time looking at, smelling and stroking my bags while we have been on lockdown

My new bag arrived this morning and I will be keeping it even though I have nowhere to take it at the moment!

Every time I buy a Mulberry I say this is the last one but I always end up falling in love with another!

Ah just checked back @BobbilyBoo, you said you were getting the palm. Thought you'd gone for elephant and was thinking it didn't look very grey in that light!
