Some of the people who have left this thread are bathing in the glee of M&H's 'downfall' elsewhere on mumsnet. They left when it was made clear that this thread was for style and gossip chat, but not unpleasantness. They were becoming rather one note here.

I think I've liked every single thing Sarah Armstong-Jones has worn.

Codpiece, oh no! One of the things I like about Sarah's dress is its medieval-to-Elizabethan sort of fusion.

I've read that back and it's sounds very bitchy and sour, but it was meant to represent some annoyance rather than that!

Back to the fashion, I saw this old photo recently and love the dress (by the Spanish designer Felipe Varela, I believe).

Max has been to the Dutch National Opera & Ballet. Amazing earrings and I quite like the top, but I'm not keen on the trousers. Are they linen? They look too casual for the top half of the outfit, to my mind.

Love Letizia's dress and Max's earrings but not that top or trousers. Also, dare I say it, but Max needs a MN bra intervention!

Finally started watching The Crown last night - was loving the forties and fifties styles. So elegant!
