M&S Beauty Advent Calendar 2019

Writersblock2 · 21/09/2019 15:53

Starting a thread to discuss the contents as we hit December.

Who is getting this one this year?

This was my very first beauty calendar last year and it’s definitely got me addicted. I loved it!

This year you can order the calendar from 31st October. Price is £40 when you spend £25 at M&S. Contents are worth over £300.

If you do want to know the full contents you can find them over at ReallyRee (SPOLIERS!).

Please don’t discuss the contents ahead of time on here as most people don’t want to know (or as in my case, read then forget!).

Marking my place.
I bought it for my mum and want to see what she's getting Smile

Dorsetcamping · 30/11/2019 21:13

Can't wait to open mine tomorrow!

Sammi38 · 30/11/2019 21:54

I shall be opening tomorrow too.

Pancakeflipper · 30/11/2019 21:58

I bought myself one because I am weak.
DP glared at me when I came home with it because he has got me a L'Occitaine one.
Cannot wait until tomorrow.

He's got a Cadburys Hero one. Lucky him Grin

CointreauVersial · 30/11/2019 22:02

Ooh, very excited to dig my M&S Calendar out of the loft. Going to be opening one day at a time - no spoilers, please!

Butterymuffin · 30/11/2019 22:43

Excited about starting this tomorrow!

Writersblock2 · 30/11/2019 22:56

@CointreauVersial - I’d suggest not coming to this thread each day until you’ve opened for that day!

marking my place

TheBitterBoy · 30/11/2019 23:02

Checking in, I've had one of these for the last two years and the accompanying MN thread is part of the fun!

plightofthealbatross · 30/11/2019 23:15

I'm in. :)

MirandaWest · 30/11/2019 23:26

I have one for the first time this year Smile

Butterymuffin · 30/11/2019 23:46

Bear in mind some people open very early. I think last year we agreed to not post before about 6-7 am, but if you're an early morning MNer but won't have opened your calendar yet, be careful...

LEELULUMPKIN · 01/12/2019 01:15

Count me in. Here wishing I wasn't such a bloody night owl, waiting for everyone to get up and open!

Writersblock2 · 01/12/2019 01:20

Tell me about it. I’m here all like: should I...? Haha

OP posts:
LEELULUMPKIN · 01/12/2019 01:57

We could always open em and pm each other writers! :)

Babysharkdoodoodood · 01/12/2019 06:11

Opened mine Smile
Just what I needed but I won't say yet. A little early.

NotGenerationAlpha · 01/12/2019 06:38

Opened mine today. I love it. Just what I need too.

Peanutbatter · 01/12/2019 06:46

My lovely PIL got me mine this year as they always shop there. Cant wait to open it.

Had one a couple of years ago but remember having to google most of the products, found a tube yesterday which had 'wrinkle cream' I'd written on in marker pen.

AndAnon · 01/12/2019 07:04

Checking in as love the MN thread that accompanies. This is my third year!

Really good start today - not used this particular item before but definitely much needed and will use it later today.

KeithPartridge · 01/12/2019 07:27

Love it! I have ALWAYS wanted to try this. So so happy!!

TheBitterBoy · 01/12/2019 07:29

Very pleased this morning, nice big tube and a brand I've always wanted to try. Excellent start!

NoUseNumber31 · 01/12/2019 07:55

Very pleased with this morning!! Excited to try later!

Lambzig · 01/12/2019 08:06

Very pleased because I use this, it has just run out and its full size. So as I would have to buy it this week anyway that’s justified half the cost of the calendar as it’s £20.

Hoping for something I haven’t tried yet tomorrow.
