@Ella poor you! Hope the new antibiotics are starting to work and you’ll be lots brighter by the end of today. I think your kitchen is gorgeous! The brick tiles are such a great choice with the units/wooden floors and paint colour. Great, and a very well designed layout.
@Huff totally love your Monsoon jumpsuit, bag and even shoes (but yes if not great quality return). I wish I could wear that, but with my boobs I know it wouldn’t look right
. I think the pattern is fabulous and the subtle embellishment on the v neck doesn’t detract to make it look “fussy”. Love Love!
@never I’m contemplating buying the Gudrun trousers in b&w because they are so flattering and such high quality jersey. I would have gone for the multicoloured ones as a first option but they’ve been ooo for ages (even when I bought my blue ones) and I need S as Gudrun is super generous sizing.
Loved all the chat, and @lens bargainous trainers (great colour for summer) and @Each’s beautiful hair (yes please tell us the secret, I’m thinning a bit too post menopause is the pits).
The crab and lobster festival was a huge success yesterday. Overcast but warm and no wind. I ate seafood and too many other forbidden things including lots of tapenade I bought from a guy who has an olive farm in Greece he has restored over the last 20 years and was selling his amazing produce at the fair. Also some handcrafted book markers (£4 each! Amazing) and a shawl pin which has little shells/starfish bits also handcrafted which will be great for my many summer linen coverups or indeed kimonos. Also handcrafted by a lovely lady who makes the most amazing jewellery and is not even on Etsy! I may go back and buy a necklace from her today. Lots of similar foodie and craft stalls, music and even a town crier competition (have never seen so many of them in one place!). I’ll try and fit in a beach walk before we return home tonight as it looks like the sun will be out later today.
