On tonight's outfits, I really love Kate's headbands, I think they're quietly quite fashion forward. And really suit her face.

I love MM's outfit but I'm afraid I agree with pp that it makes her look quite frumpy in the way that it's fitted.

I think Meghan is a bit blindsided in general I don't think she has found her royal style yet. She is still finding her feet and seems very lost when she's not with Harry especially. I think her public confidence will come with time and I'm hoping post pregnancy she will take some time and a new stylist and work on the rest.

I know traditionally the royals have a very traditional timeless look but I'm hoping she may break the stereotype a bit I would love someone to be a bit more fashion forward and out there with styles/colours like we have seen on the European Royals so if you are lurking Meghan

I thought Kate's outfit this morning was outstanding and reminded me of an early QA uniform. Someone posted a link on the last thread - did you see the close up of her hair? Beautiful.

Kate looked serene and dignified, as well as very beautiful. The Queen looked amazing. Meghan was simpering.

Not sure who said it on the last thread, but yes, I wouldn't be surprised if Megan was feeling a bit on edge after this week and all the press and gossip, and rather exposed standing up there being scrutinised. Hopefully it will settle down a bit. It's been an intense few months.

Kate's ensembles have definitely been the better out of the two this weekend but I think perhaps Meghan is struggling to deal with a changing body shape. Also she's quite high-waisted, which can be awkward when you're pregnant as for the longest time it just looks like you've eaten too much. I should know as I was the same!

But Kate is looking very severe and older than her years lately whereas Meghan looks radiant. Different skincare or makeup routines maybe, Kate wears a lot of makeup and looks like she might use fake tan but Megan's makeup is always very subtle and natural.

That little smile playing on her face in church was a bit out of place. The others were suitably solemn. She has to learn the Hollywood way is not the most appropriate way.

I saw that the thread was shut and I hadn't seen a new one and had a 2 minute panic

Agree between the weddings the tour and the pregnancy it's been a whirlwind year to say the least for Meghan and that says nothing about the up and downs with the press!

I think the best thing for her not us so much is to step back for a bit and let herself acclimatize to things.

I think the blue in Meghan today was beautiful. I adore her style of dressing and the colours she wears.

Kate looked good but also like a senior police officer in Line of Duty.

I doubt very much she is bothered about playing second fiddle to Kate. Would many people really want to be Kate?

Harry and Meghan have all the privileges and wealth along with their freedom. I know which I’d rather have!

Kate’s green coat was lovely. She looks tired because she has lost too much weight. Not because she is ‘running around after her children’. If anything, her children have afforded her the time to relax at home (kids being entertained by nannies while she presumably exercises) instead of being trundled off to event openings every few days.

Anyway back to the fashion. Kate has really upped her style game since she’s been back. Really severe tailoring looks amazing on her now.
As she has got older, she has a level of sophistication which means she can now wear clothes which wouldn’t have suited her a few years ago.

I think the clothes of ( the character) Claire Underwood in House of Cards would look amazing on Kate. But she needs to wear her hair up.

Kate looked good this morning, if a little too literally dressed with the military styling. Hate that headband thing she's recently got into though, looks very odd. MM looked nice this evening I thought but perhaps could have gone a bit more formal with the hair.

I work in investment banking. In my circles Meghan Markle’s entire style has become very popular.

That last season of HoC is so bad though I started a thread about it I was so 😡

Just seen photos from the Paris memorial event. Poor Charlene had lobster for lunch and forgot to take her napkin off

Meanwhile Marie of Denmark is wearing a coat that's inspiring white hot jealousy in Kate as we speak...

Agree Curly I really liked the more tailored look on Kate she has the body shape for it and can really pull it off and it's a nice change from the floaty long dress coat look she has stuck with previously.

I'm definitely in favour of some more power dressing in the future.
