I was just looking back on pics from my girls trip last year, the things I felt most confident in were the black high waisted shorts that Blair found me - I need another version for this year Blair Grin, my Seafolly bikini and my black Castañer espadrilles - I will definitely get the red this year bit doubt they will get reduced.
I’m going to Marbella this year with the same girls - can I wear the same stuff on repeat?
I have so many posts to do do but never seem to get around to it. Haven’t even told you about Christmas gifts yet - i’m as good at posting as I am at writing thank you letters!
Happy birthday One and Sleep
Dry Garudasana yoga pants from Sweaty Betty are £££ But so comfy for loungewear.

mara I saw this zebra skirt on &OS and it reminded a bit of the Rixo skirt you linked.

shop I’m sure you could take mostly the same stuff on your marbellla trip, but maybe get something new to go alongside the things that worked well? I think now most people don’t think ‘she wore that last time’ and just think ‘she looks good!’

Lovely espadrilles dry and marsha. I keep reading good things about them but I’m just not sure if they are ‘me’. Though knowing me, I’ll probably decide in 5years that they are ‘me’ after everyone has been wearing them for years Grin.

I’m pissed on Prosecco and watching TOTP. This episode is 1987! Fabulous!!!

one happy birthday
dry I wear sweatpants/tracksuit trousers from Nike or Adidas or I think the latest may be puma. Or I wear pj trousers from m&s with a sweatshirt (whistles). They’re not to my most flattering look but they’re not awful either
marsha like those flat espadrilles and everyone I’ll join you with being 5 years too late!!

QueenC i was trying to work out whether the balaclava might be for skiing? It's the only rational thing I can come up with!!

Dh and I had date night last night at the theatre (with early dinner). It was lovely. I wore this Karen Millen dress with my grey lowland suede boots. Today is casual day with black hawick cashmere jumper over red and white striped me & em top and blue gap kid jeans. Dry if I weren't popping out later the cashmere joggers would be onSmile

Blingy lovely dress

Shop what did you get for Christmas?

I haven’t either, need to update my watch saga

I just went overboard with a wood play kitchen and nearly a shop’s worth of wood and felt food. I am a lost cause with this stuff.

Dry love the espadrilles, great buy. I wore the top with medium blue slightly cropped jeans with frayed edge and my acne Chelsea boots

Everyone am sure dd will get her coat love back with a bit of guidance! That Rixo print was on one of the many dresses I tried for wedding but ended up keeping a different one.

Blingy we are going skiing in half term. Dh is booking me my lessons tonight, hope I can remember it all from last year! Your boots look really good quality, hope they are fixable. Otherwise I like Sorel ones. I need a new jacket, am shipping around. Love this brand fusalp but is too spenny, don’t want to invest too much in something that gets worn 1 week per year.

Had a lovely afternoon to myself in town browsing the sales yesterday. I normally do well at Liberty at the bitter end but there was zilch this time. I did however get some stuff at the Acne store, big scarf half price in sale and this beanie. Have never seen it in brown before but it suits me.

One hope you had a lovely birthday.

Marsha I love a good play kitchen with the wooden vegetables etc, still have ds’s.

Queen DH is obsessed with the old TOTPs - I have to watch them all. I usually end up marvelling at how much the presenters look like sex criminals in tracksuits.

I was just having a discussion with DH re balaclavas - does anyone who isn't committing a crime ever wear one? They're like a cosy gimp mask.

Will save Christmas gift round up for new thread.
If anyone is looking for bags then Mango have some gorgeous ones in their sale with great discounts. Won’t link but take a look. I’m v tempted by an oversized envelope clutch in red (and they have a purple version too).

The espadrilles look great dry great colour for the summer too. Love the pink ones too Marsha

forgot to say I love your dd's coat everyone my ds is ultra fussy. He only wears joggers on his bottom half and he has to choose everything. Even then there's no guarantee he will wear it. His sisters sometimes bribe him to dress preppy in a shirt and v neck jumper!

I rummaged through the dregs of the jl sale today and tried on this dress whistles dress size 8 only and it was a little snug so I left it. I had a quick look online and its sold out but selling for crazy money on ebay because Kate Mid wore it! Not sure where I would wear it anyway.

Lovely scarf and hat mara the brown will suit you.

Dry you've just reminded me I need a new day bag for holiday-we go in about 6 weeks. Might take a look at Mango.

In town again today but won't have time to bag shop unfortunately.

Shame about the Whistles dress Justa; am waiting delivery of one from the sale but no sign yet so wondering if it oos completely.

Fedup I also need a new holiday bag but have no idea what kind to get. I also need a new facial sun block. What do you all use? Last year I tried two different la Roche Posay ones. I liked the lighter one buy found the other too heavy and now my psot menopause brain can't remember which one I liked.

Dream I use heliocare on my face all year round as recommended by a dermatologist. Is really light feeling but good protection. They do a tinted one too but I prefer this.

I actually had a compliment on my skin last week for the first time ever. Making some effort à la justa must be paying off! Am having a course of fortnightly glycolic peels which is sorting out the effects of Christmas excess.

Yay Blingy. That's great news!

I'm off to bed here feeling almost sick with anxiety about what will evolve after the Brexit vote later on... I don't know how you are all coping with it.

I can’t bear this Brexit thing

Well done Blingy I found dd’s saffron long sock today and was overjoyed. I even offered the dc money to find it. She has great socks
