Ok I’ve ordered it and 6 other things 😳

I won’t keep all of them but couldn’t help but try them on, I still get that gulp feeling when trying on so much, the only way to mitigate it is by doing premier delivery so the whole process is much faster!

MarshaBradyo · 11/01/2019 14:17

Oh my goodness that emoji!! So bad

Wish mnhq would do a decent version of that what did I just do face

Everyonelovessparkles · 11/01/2019 14:28

Love those tops marsha and mara. Isn’t that Rixo print the same as the dress you got for the posh wedding mara*?

Always worth trying something new fedup and marsha. Sales can be a good time to get a bargain.

I love porridge and berries for breakfast (we get the frozen ones from Waitrose and I just defrost them over night) my summer version is Greek yoghurt, berries and a handful of granola.

Good luck with the soup makeover queenc. I went through a phase of making loads a few years ago, maybe you will inspire me to give it another go!

It’s DSs party tomorrow so I have been elbow deep in buttercream all morning and feel a bit sick now after scraping out the bowl Blush.

Am glad it’s Friday. Anyone got any nice weekend plans?

Everyonelovessparkles · 11/01/2019 14:29

*soup maker. Not sure what a soup makeover would be like Grin

Queenchanel · 11/01/2019 16:14

Ha ha at soup makeover and marsha I live that you gulp and then pay extra for premier Grin

No plans for the weekend except to chill (and drink Prosecco)

OneNightTimeMenaceStrikesBack · 11/01/2019 16:57

weekend plans are having a birthday tea party for me as its my brithday tomorrow! havent had a birthday tea since i was a child so im actually quite excited haha

only fashion news to report is that i bought a pale grey corduroy pinafore dress in primark, its warm and comfortable which is about my criteria atm so works for what i need it to right now

FedupNagging · 11/01/2019 18:27

Birthday tea sounds great One - have a lovely time.

Quiet night in tonight then tomorrow a friend is coming to stay and we have a few things lined up-mainly eating & drinking 😂

DryWhiteagainW · 11/01/2019 23:07

ok I bought it and 6 other things ... Marsha this is precisely why I love this thread Grin

And Christmas cake for breakfast....

Mara what did you wear on the bottom with that beautiful blouse over skinny black polo neck?

Yes yes to frozen berries and yoghurt ....did does that Burcher (so?) muesli thing over night with berries and porridge, is delicious too.

QueenC I need trackie bottoms, or “lounge wear”. I DO NOT do lounge wear (Waynetta scarred me) and it’s not very me at all, but I need something to sling on after work and on slouchy days. It needs to be flattering though.......

justasecond · 11/01/2019 23:39

Early happy birthday one !

Love that Rixo blouse Marsha dark florals are my favourite although Lib now has me imagining a floral on a red backround. The Ganni top is gorgeous too mara.

Lol at all the breakfast adventures, I never eat breakfast Blush I even avoid it on holidays.

Lovely orange jumper fed up I have a very similar one in tobacco brown from stories that I wear a lot. Pleated skirt outfit sounds good

Glad some of you managed to get bargain espadrilles!

bernice shame the sandro bag is sold out, it was lovely.

Am trying not to spend atm but couldn't resist a cosy cream cardigan from American Vintage uk.americanvintage-store.com/en/women-1-en/collections--1/cardigans-en/gilet-femme-vikiville-viki238h18--1?sku=140406 the model must be a giant as its much longer on me

Longislandicetee · 12/01/2019 09:33

Happy birthday to the birthday twins One and Sleep! Hope you both have a fantastic day!CakeThanksWine

After 3 weeks off i returned to work this week, it was hard work! I have however taken Lib's advice and decided to cut out the lattes entirely. I have gone cold turkey and not had a single one all week. I think it has been easier because I had not had many lattes over the 3 weeks off anyway.

Bernice, loved looking at your 2018 best buys. Always so different to me, and always lovely.Smile

Everyone, i haven't found the earrings yet. To be honest, i haven't looked that hardBlush. Your experience with that gorgeous coat and your dd made me laugh, as it so reminded me of my dd. I got burned a few times so here is my tip.....over the last couple of years, each season we have a "mummy and dd" shopping afternoon where she picks what she wants. Her grandmother got in on the act so last week the two of them went off together, it turned into a high street shopping day - managed to spend £150 of her grandmothers moneyGrinShock. They both had such a good time!

Dream love that bag and the jacket. I want a new biker jacket like that, as I think the one i own is too heavy. The one that Dry owns (from a few years ago?) is lovely too.

Those Rixo and Ganni tops are lovely Mara and Marsha!

So question for you all - I have had the most wonderful snow boots for the last 5 years. Merrell's Natalya snow boots but i broke the zip last year (by tugging too hardSad) and i am not sure if i can get it fixed. They were £165 at the time and worth every penny. I am going to try and take it to the shoe repair shop this weekend but if they can't fix it then i need a new pair. What has everyone else got? I am going skiing in 5 weeks time! Is anyone else skiing this year?

Everyonelovessparkles · 12/01/2019 10:47

The annoying thing was blingy, I showed her the coat online before I ordered it and she was really excited about it. One of her friends was wearing a furry coat today so hopefully she will come round. I used to go shopping every Friday in the summer holidays with my gran and she would always get me something and we’d go for lunch. I used to love it!

Happy birthday one. A tea party sounds great. I love afternoon tea! It’s one of my favourite treats!

Have you thought about cashmere joggers and a nice matching jumper dry? You can get some quite stylish ones now? (And they are so cosy!) I got some normal joggers and matching hoody from Boden, which look nice and smart when you first put them on, but the trousers go baggy really quickly whilst wearing them so they end up not looking that smart quite quickly. The hoody is great though. This is it

DryWhiteagainW · 12/01/2019 11:00

everyone the thought of cashmere knitted joggers terrifies me,!!!

justa my Espadrilles have just arrived and it’s LOVE!!! A lovely golden yellow which works with everything I’ve got (apart from camel which is all winter anyway) and the perfect height. £27 bargain. They’ll be on in all of my summer holiday photos! Thank you for the great link.

DryWhiteagainW · 12/01/2019 11:00

Ambernectarine · 12/01/2019 13:07

I have those in black dry. Excellent summer shoes.

Ambernectarine · 12/01/2019 13:09

I have this Rixo blouse (bought FP I might add!) which I love but it's a dick to wear because it's so low.

DryWhiteagainW · 12/01/2019 13:31

Lovely blouse Amber . I'd love the espadrilles in black and red too....
Marsha v nice. Great colour. I'm predicting summer MU will be full of espadrilles

MarshaBradyo · 12/01/2019 13:33

They are so easy to wear. I’d like some cream mid height ones next

Longislandicetee · 12/01/2019 14:01

Soooo tempted by the blackGrinBlush

Amber, I have a dress with a cut like the top you linked. Totally get what you mean. I wore my dress once as it is and i think since then I ended up putting a boring camisole underneath it, which clearly wasn't as the designer intended!

MarshaBradyo · 12/01/2019 15:36

Ds just told me about this, love it they use ad revenue to plant trees
