Hi,thanks for new thread Dave.

GinandGingerBeer · 30/08/2018 19:28

Whaaaat?!? Already ShockSmile
Need to finish reading the last one, but will mark my place.

AFingerofFudge · 30/08/2018 19:28

I'm in! I'm also getting ready for a nightshift

FilledSoda · 30/08/2018 19:33

I've created a wishlist
Rox Wrap Dress , zebra
Liv Midi Dress , Floral Red
Geena Asymmetric Skirt Black/White Check
Meg Runched Skirt in both Zebra and Decorative Print
Modal Ruched Skirt in both Black and Bergundy
Lisel Printed Skirt in Blue Floral
Flock star Print Tee Black

I'm an Apple shaped 16 and I'd offer everything in a 16 XL
I wanted some v neck loose tops but couldn't see anything.
Any thoughts or advice ?
I got the grey ruched skirt in m/l a couple of years ago but it's too small .

FilledSoda · 30/08/2018 19:34

Thanks Dave .
I mean order not offer.

EachandEveryone · 30/08/2018 19:35

The v neck jersey tops are nice large is big enough for a size 16

Ive ordered the zebra wrap dress it should come tomorrow. I’m the same shape as you

SoyYo · 30/08/2018 19:42

Hushista threads are faster than Speedy Gonzales these days...only just caught up with the last one and I’ve only been away for a day! Smile

Thank you dave for the new thread and I really like you in the burgundy dress (can’t remember name) in the last thread, styled every way 👍

laska not convinced by the M&S dress tbh. It’s not awful just somehow not sold on it...let’s see what it looks like in a smaller size? Sorry to read about your boots fiasco, very annoying.

never still really really like you in the duck egg Kensington specially toughened up with those fab boots in the last thread. I really love on you (sorry! I know you’re hesitating) Regarding the leopard skirt (still to be worn in forthcoming hols) yes I had it shortened so what do you need to know? Do you want a pic of me wearing it or to see the seamstress handiwork? Grin it’s still maxi but now just hovers above ankles if that makes sense.

ella would never had considered superdry for coats, now I will

I had a bit of a meltdown with work today Sad just too many late nights and pressure. Feel better after chat with boss, who recognised the huge effort I’ve put in for current project. Rewarded myself with 2nd AW18 order seeing I returned my whole first order and discount code expiring soon. Feeling better for being a bit kinder to myself, I felt I deserved it 💪

neveradullmoment99 · 30/08/2018 19:53

Marking my place and @soyo - I feel I am also having a meltdown at my work so much to do its really stressing me. Its always like this at the beginning of term but more and more is added to our workload year in year out and I am positively fed up with it. My class are so nice this year but the pressure of the paper work and all the expectations really gets me down. So I can commiserate with you Flowers I am glad you have been kind to yourself. You do way too much work by the sounds of it.

neveradullmoment99 · 30/08/2018 19:54

Just wondered if you were pleased with you leopard skirt. I haven't worn mine yet so am trying to style it for Autumn with thick tights and boots and think it works but will have it shortened.

SoyYo · 30/08/2018 20:03

Yes never I’m now having a Wine to put life and the universe into perspective. The time difference in my current project with Latam has meant finishing very late but still working from 8am onwards to speak to my Paris colleagues. I have a close friend who gave up teaching because of the ridiculous demands so I know how tough it is for you too.
Thank goodness for fashion eh Wink
So the leopard: I think it’ll work with boots and jumpers into autumn no probs. Mine will get its first proper outing in Spain during my much needed hols but only after I’ve ditched the bloody awful star trooper boot into the second week.
When I style for autumn promise to post pics 👍and look forward to more ideas from all the girls reading this thread

neveradullmoment99 · 30/08/2018 20:06

Thank goodness for fashion I agree Grin

Laska5772 · 30/08/2018 20:07

What did you order Soy? hope your boss gives you a bonus .. after all you could have gone off sick.. !

I'm still holding final judgement until I get the 10 in that dress, (its the print Ive fallen for ) but it is probably not a go-er.

never be kind to yourself also.. I couldnt teach ..perhaps a small mid-week Wine maybe in order?

Daniel shoes , emailed me back to say that they 'totally agreed with me' (their words) and refunded the whole postage! yay!

Nearlyadoctor · 30/08/2018 20:11

Never and SoyYo sounds like you both need to be kind to yourselves Wine and Hush orders make me feel better 😃

Laska5772 · 30/08/2018 20:15

...actually a small midweek Wine is in order I've decided (and I've not even been to work this week !) . I've gone for the South American in Solidaridad con Soy ! ( I cant speak Spanish, so if that's wrong, sorry, ..I just looked it up )

its Chilean actually.. out of a wine box ( not that great but it will do )

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 30/08/2018 20:16

Speaking of M&S, if anybody is very slim with a small chest and likes boho style, this dress is really lovely in real life. I am small and curvy and busty and it was hideous on me, but the dress is lovely soft cotton and really cute.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 30/08/2018 20:16

Try to ignore the hideous styling!

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 30/08/2018 20:17

I’m not buying anymore until I have had a minor cull. Currently laundering and ironing things for the eBay. I know people have given advice on ebaying on previous threads but I’m working on my mobile and lazy! Any advice happily taken. I’ve also got a styling query. I bought these boots last year as I fell in love but they are just not me. Any styling ideas...

PorpoisefullyObtuse · 30/08/2018 20:18

The awkward boots...

Hush A/W 18 - Can't think of anything snazzy..its all about the clothes innit!
RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 30/08/2018 20:20

Have got similar boots in bronze. I wear with skinnies, rolled up looser jeans, opaque tights and mini tube skirts, and fuller skirts and black tights too.

SoyYo · 30/08/2018 20:20

Yes on being kind to ourselves here’s a big bunch of Flowers to all of us hard working Hush girls funding the habit is not for sissies

Good to hear you got the Postage refund laska
If I knew how to do a screen shot I’d attach to this message my order summary but I went for the
“Señorita/Femme” Black T to go with my love of all things black and based on your idea I think it’ll go perfectly with so much of my stuff
The long sleeved petrol blue v neck star T (as a consolation for not having the biker sweat which I know won’t look right on me)
A v neck wide top yes you guessed in black
And this dress which is ooo in all sizes bar 14 so I went for it due to FOMO but will most likely be returned:

Laska5772 · 30/08/2018 20:24

So far I have only worn my leopard maxi a couple of times, with the M&S Cami top a lot of us bought and gold salties. However I think it will look good with the black cashmere boat neck, thick tights and boots. I dont think ill get mine shortened though, I want to wear it long in the summer . However as it is so thin I may just roll the waistband over a couple of times to wear it a little bit shorter , its not going to make that much difference to my 'waist' area and I never wear tops tucked in anyway .
