For those interested there's already some info coming out on this years beauty advent calendars... plenty of time for us all to debate and neurose about it all:

I've been putting £5 away a week since last Christmas for this so I can purchase guilt free and as I organise the whole of Christmas for everyone then I think I should get a treat to look forward to. Personally I think I like the look of Harrods this time.

What do you all think?

Ive preordered my third for this year, Glossybox, got it for 75 as subscribed for 3 boxes. I wasnt going to but the unboxing by Eltoria made me buy it 😂

Ive also just bought the Too Faced christmas palettes and lipsticks for £100. I am locking my bloody bank cards up. i have no willpower

I'm encouraged by the fact that people are purchasing multiple calendars. Makes me feel better about ordering the Diptyque one as well as the White Company one....

Watched an unboxing for Latest in Beauty one and i quite fancy that too. Four would be to many though

I ordered the Elemis advent for my mum today. I’m so excited for it to arrive, it looks really lovely.

Counting down until the Liberty calendar goes on sale.

Looking around I quite fancy the Elemis, L'Occitaine or clarins calendars (I think clarins is just 12 days though).

If anyone wants the Clarins one, this weekend seems quite a good time to get it as their website automatically take £10 off a £50 spend which, as the RRP is £60, reduces the cost to £50 and you get a free gift.

Does anyone know when/how the Kiehls one will be released? Thanks

I am so impatient but does anyone know when the Look Fantastic calendars will actually be dispatched. I preordered mine but today they are on general sale - still says ‘awaiting stock’ though ...

It went really quickly. I've probably got enough now to be honest. Although the John Lewis one looks nice and so does Net a Porter

They were all sealed so you could not see the actual contents
I did pick one up though and thought it felt very light in comparison to the Liberty one

My John Lewis one has just arrived. Ive had a look in a few drawers and im very happy. Its going away now until the 1st

Am off to the USA next week and noticed the Kiehls advent calendar is $70 compared to £110 here! Should I hold off! I might miss out but think it is worth the risk.... but then would need to fit it in my suitcase!

When is the jo Malone one out?

Has anyone had the Fenwicks calendar before? Looks pretty good and not quite top price point.

I’ve seen 1st October at Harrods and 1st November in store for jo Malone
Just looked at Harrods website and there’s nothing there although I’m sure there were some on eBay yesterday. It looks as though people have bought it and then are reselling on eBay to make a quick profit
