Deep curtsies really belong to the era of long skirts. It's hard to make one look good when wearing anything else, especially when you have to shake hands at the same time, which Victorian women didn't do. (That was why I was so annoyed at Meghan's wedding curtsey getting missed out of the coverage, as it would have been the curtsey at its best).

TM - cringeworthy. She embarrassed herself and her office with that performance. In her place I'd do a brief bob (and I'd keep my back straight while I was at it).

CP Mary - has it right as usual. Her back is straight and the flared skirt looks pretty.

On the clothes issue - apparently Audi offer a 60% discount to the royal family. If they're doing it, I expect Givenchy can too. But even if Meghan got a 60% discount off every single outfit since the wedding, that's still £300,000 in one season, not counting accessories.

I have to disagree with Jess Cartner Morley about the blue floral dress, the criticism was that it was genuinely unflattering, and her only look that hasn't been good, imo.

Can't separate Sofia from her sleazy past. She looks lovely here but was such a desperate reality tv/soft porn type it is hard to respect her.

I think Sofia is fab, and really beautiful - there is just something nice and natural about her. Love that she has teeth that seemingly haven't been tampered with.

I don't want to derail this too much with a discussion about Sofia's past but the Miss Slitz title was a low point, IMO.
Can't wait to see what Meghan wears to Hamilton. I'd love her to go back to that black trouser suit she wore so well.

Oh I agree - very tacky. But she's moved on and done a lot since.

Meghan has done mainly daytime events since her wedding so am looking forward to seeing what she comes out with for evening wear.

I googled for Kate and for the first time today’s photos did not appear until I changed to Cambridge.

She looks happy and healthy and she looks like a woman in her late forties. Perhaps when she is in her sixties, she will still look like a woman in her late forties, so she ages prematurely but then time pauses for her........?

There's quite a change in her, I think. She's an established matriarch now. Compare her recent photographs to those in the first year of her marriage. She's far more relaxed and confident. She was absolutely glowing at Louis' christening!
