Seeing as the Spencer wedding thread in S&B was so popular, here's a thread to discuss all royal fashion.

(If we could stick to critiquing the clothes rather than the women wearing them then that would be great!)

Do not like Pippa's outfit at all. They book like like maiden aunts!!! Did they not speak beforehand, obv not.

Like Meg in olive.

Charlotte and George look adorable.

Pippas dress has too much going on - buttons, collar, weird bust darts, strange waist.

Kate's headpiece is... interesting.

I don't mind two people happening to wear similar coloured dresses but I suspect the blue is because of a twee "blue for a boy" idea so it's a no for me.

Pippa looks like a Victorian nanny! And I think that actually is the nanny in the photo with her.

Charlotte seems to have grown considerably since we last saw her at the Trooping.

@QueenOfTheAndals I think that's their cousin in the photo. Not the nanny.

Megan's a bit matchy - she's carrying gloves as well which seems a bit OTT

Ah ok, I thought it was Maria Teresa(sp?) the nanny.

I think Meghan definitely nailed it with her outfit. The olive suede heels are also fab and don’t look too matchy-matchy.

No its the cousin, I think its too high cut round the neck, it makes me feel claustrophobic

I wonder if MM was a bit when Harry explained she was meant to be in blue not green?

Pippa and the cousin look like Hinge and Bracket.

I really wish Meghan would wear something brighter. All these muted tones do not really show how beautiful she is.

MM is the only one of them with any sense of style. How is that even possible among a group of women in their thirties???

Pippa looks terrible, maybe it is payback for Kate looking so terrible at her wedding. Beatrice and Eug. are far more stylish than the Middleton sisters nowadays and I never thought I’d say that.

Meghan just looks effortlessly stylish today, the others look like they're trying too hard. Also Pippa and the cousin must be roasting in those outfits!

Maybe Pippa is struggling with stylish maternity wear (though there are lots of nice things out there these days)?

Kate looks like she had some kind of malfunction and had to go and rummage in the Queen Mum's trunks to find a hat to wear

That’s the thing isn’t it? In their desire to be different, they end up looking ridiculous. But fundamentally they are unstylish women.

I thought the neck line of MMs dress was lovely, and she looked very polished. However the olive looked a bit drab. Perhaps it's my screen?

Kate's look is getting very queenly isn't it? She will be queen i know but ... i don't know. It's seems a bit too aging. I can't actually find a picture of her whole dress, the skirt is hidden behind the christening robe.

Meghan looked gorgeous today. Pretty perfect apart from her pale tights.

Kate? Horrible, dowdy thing on her head, and I don’t like her hair up. Very aging. She’s seems to like puffed sleeves atm. Can’t think why.

Purpose dress was very unflattering, but a nice colour.

Oh i've found a little video showing the rest of Kate's dress. That skirt swings beautifully when she moves and is knee length or just above. I'll let her off the 'orrible hat then

I think I was pretty accurate; however christenings are quite predictable.

I’m probably the only one but I thought that shade of olive was foul on Meghan. Shape nice, hat & shoes nice. She needs to coordinate a bit with Harry. She will stick out like a sore thumb in the photos.
