This is week 2 of the fourth boot camp of 2007 , everyone is welcome.

Veils drawn over last week

The rules (anyone can join):

This is about feeling better about yourself...not necessarily a diet per se etc etc

  • Sunscreen at all times. I know it's winter, there are still rays trying to damage your skin
  • No or little booze. Wine at the weekend is allowed if you want it
  • Walking is important, a small amount every day if possible. 30 mins if you can
  • Lots of water, aim for 2 litres a day
  • Apply body cream as often as possible
  • Use hand cream
  • Go to bed early, by 10.30pm if pos
  • Eat healthily
  • Be happy

The idea is that at the end of six weeks we all feel happier, healthier and glow with the good food, sleep, exercise, water and lack of sun damage

Had a lovely day today, we went to the Safari Park with the ds's. They loved seeing all the animals, although we did have to distract them from the shagging lions, dh and I almost p*ssed ourselves laughing. Have giggled to myself about it all day, very juvenile I know We went out for roast dinner and I had lots of veggies and only 2 roast potatoes so not too bad on the food today, but my skin is so dry from the wind, I really need to moisturise.

WWW - I didn't post from the campsite, we came home as the weather was so bad, it had better get better, we're camping in Guernsey for 2 weeks at the end of June.

MI - I love the Horniman, but would not have gone today, you were very brave. Hope Visiting Child and his pants go home soon.

Expat - I LOOOOOVE pimms You can get very happily drunk without realising.

Glitterfairy - glad you have something to celebrate.
