Motoko and Teta i got a sample of LADDM from Les Senteurs. They also have Lonestar Memories.

Mrs R what have you done? I also have a spritz of Sunshine and Pancakes (on the back of the other hand to SLC) as I found it when sorting my sample out and the weather seemed apt. I like it - very summery. Overall I must smell a bit weird but individual bits of me smell good!

MrsR I'm eagerly awaiting the review! If you do take a fancy to the Stormtrooper perfume there was a bottle in TK maxx for just £5.99, more than happy to grab it for you and post.

Dawn Cat turns out not to be my thing (should've gone for Dusk!). It's quite light: notes are orange, milk, lily, plum, cedar and vanilla. If anyone fancies a swap for something else cheap and cheerful, do let me know!

MrsG have been wearing Arrogant Cat Dawn today, my parcel finally arrived on the second attempt. I quite like it, the milk is more subtle than Selperniku . Dusk is a bit vanilla and sweet for me.

Well I never, Fragrantica has had a site overhaul. Maybe people are watching us and taking advice.

And Schweppes has brought out a sweetener free tonic.

Now I've gone and done a bad thing too...

SotD PG19.1 Neroli ad Astra from my Bloom Green set. Lots of Neroli and a subtle touch of pink pepper initially (every other pepper note I've smelt has been much more insistent, this is much more enjoyable) then a lovely exotic flower that is not too sweet and I assume is the Agave. Really long lasting on me, put it on at 8am and can still smell it as a skin scent now, mainly the neroli. Really nice for a spring day.

Nah. I already have all the Stormtrooper I need in my life .

Was reflecting on my latest blind buy fail (Dawn Arrogant Cat - last call for swapees before it hits ebay!).... Sooo...I have signed on the dotted line for Scent Addict. My rationale is that this way I get 8mls of my choice delivered every month (which is probably money better spent than on cheap thrill fails or dodgy miniatures from Lithuania). The choice isn't brilliant but it's a good way of getting hold of Santal Royal (true love - swoon) plus some of the sunnier Tom Ford's will be arriving in high summer. You can cancel at any point, and you pay as you go (take note Bloom!), so it looks worth a go...

(I know there aren't many TF fans here, but Scent Addict seems to be particularly good for his mainline stuff).

In my defence, my work traumas continue, so I needed cheering up...

Think my Stormtrooper is Dark - so the force could still be with us for a Perfumistas Strike Back sniff! So many thread title possibilities this time...

I love the sound of that perfume Count! It sounds right up my street, I love Pink pepper & Neroli. I think I'll go for the green selection next.

SotE is Phaedon Tabac Rouge.
This starts off super sweet with lots of honey and ginger, it reminds me of cherry cola at first sniff. The heart is more complex, a nice hint of musk and a very soft aromatic tobacco - like tobacco in a packet rather than tobacco smoke.
The dry down is a soft honey pipe smoke.
Most enjoyable.
