I agree that the trousers aren't particularly long. You are taller than me [ I am 5.5] and although they are fine, they would look ridiculous if they were shorter. I don't think they will shrink though. They are viscose and I have had many things in that material and they do tend to shrink temporarily after washing but will iron back to their normal size in my experience [lets hope].
I am like you with the raglan. Had to buy an xs as after washing the small was just shapeless and the neckline all wonky. I have washed my two xs raglans and although the neck isn't as good as it was, its still loads better. Btw, ordered the green raglan. Probably too much in the same colour but I adore it.

Cherries I think it all looks fab in particular the que sera sera t shirt - it makes you look very slim. Tempted to order the trousers having seen them on you but having worn skinnies for so long I think they will feel super wide

ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 12:07

They don't actually feel flappy - but then I wore embroidered bell bottoms in the 70s so I might have a different perspective on 'wide legs' Grin. I also wore the Winona trousers a lot over the winter, so I've eased myself in a bit.

Laska5772 · 29/03/2018 13:51

Both 'Green' ladies look fabGrin
Am looking forward to getting my green bf now..
I like the que sera T and thise trainers great! Cherries jacket in post ..

ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 14:10

Thank you so much! I'm going to look so cool soon :).

ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 14:32

Oops. Well, this is a bit embarrassing. I'd emailed Hush to say that some things I bought a couple of months ago were now too big for me, and as they was still unworn, would they consider exchanging them for a smaller size, even though I was out of the returns period. This is their reply

'Thanks for getting in touch. You buy so much from us it will not be a problem to exchange your items. Just send them back to us and write on the paperwork what you want.'

neveradullmoment99 · 29/03/2018 14:42

ha ha ha ha.........That is nice of them though :)

Laska5772 · 29/03/2018 14:50

Cherries Respect !! Wink

ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 14:50

It's very nice of them, I just had a vision of them sitting watching the computers and saying 'its ok, team, we are going to stay profitable for another season. That crazy women in the Lake District is buying again! Holiday bonus looks a cert!' I was actually feeling embarrassed by how much I send back, but it's clearly not an issue for them.

neveradullmoment99 · 29/03/2018 14:51

Grin Grin Love it!
Did you know we are nearly at a 1000 pages again?

I get very embaressed with the post man/lady. Goodness knows what they think at the sorting office Blush let alone the Post Office. I do ebay a lot so they kind of know me any way. Ive also resorted to getting things delivered to my mums to save my blushes.

neveradullmoment99 · 29/03/2018 14:56

Do you think they read this thread?

OP posts:
ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 15:12

I'm embarrassed by the postman as well, he even knows now how to determine if I'm out but not far away (in which case he hides the parcel for me) or out and likely to be away for more than a few hours, in which case he takes it away. Which is a lovely, personal service, but again oops to him knowing my habits so well! Then fronting the tiny rural post office with the returns - the woman there did say to me a few weeks back that I was clearly trying to save my PO from closure! But like you, I ebay a lot as well, so I'm in a fair bit with those parcels too. Although you wouldn't think it, my wardrobe isn't extensive right now - but it IS all new (to me at least) and I love everything in it. People dream about getting rid of everything and starting afresh, and 70+ lbs certainly allows you to do that without guilt :)

I'm sure they do read here - they'd be crazy not to. In fact, M&S/Boden et al should be reading it as well - we are prime focus group material.

Excellent! LOL

My jade/hydrangea printed blazer arrived today, and it is rather lovely.

ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 15:17

I'm waiting to see if the next thread here actually appears on MN for me. This one isn't there at all - not on the page, not on TIO. I thought I'd maybe accidentally hidden it, but I haven't I can just never see it. I found you all again by following the link from the previous thread, which I CAN see, and then putting the link into my favourites and coming here direct.

ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 15:20

Oh, would love to see it on whitney. I think it's too bold for me, but it looks lovely.

neveradullmoment99 · 29/03/2018 15:33

I too would love to see it. Was having another little browse this morning when I came across it. Did you get the darker one or the one with the turquoise background?
Cherries You thought the jade wouldn't look good on you so the jacket might be fine. Actually you would suit the one with the darker background. sorry for enabling

neveradullmoment99 · 29/03/2018 15:34

Very strange about the thread not being in your 'threads I'm on'

OP posts:
Whitney168 · 29/03/2018 15:37

Turquoisey background, lovely colour. It's a bit 'out there' for me too, but will be lovely with jeans or more formal, nice feel and drape to it.

I am in dog walking rags at the moment, with crappy hair, so I won't oblige with a photo LOL. Will try and remember when I am a bit more presentable.

ilovecherries · 29/03/2018 15:38

It's not even on the forum for me. Literally no sign of it, doesn't come up on a search (although it does appear on a google search). I was sure I must have hidden it, but it says I haven't.

neveradullmoment99 · 29/03/2018 15:39

Well I am not much better dressed today either. Feeling a bit knackered tbh. Glad to have finished up for the Easter break. I am in my amies and a scruffy t-shirt. Having a lounge about day despite the weather being glorious!!
