Have been trying to resist hard the new Hush drop...the green is fun and the Que Sera T shirt is calling me...

Laska, I went crazy and sent for: trousers, Santana skirt, linen boyfriend. I am NOT keeping everything. The skirt is lovely if I can get a few tops to work with it - white tee shirt just felt a bit too stark. The trousers don't seem to fit as well as the ones I tried in JL - I ordered a 12, but I'm positive they are bigger through the hips than the JL ones. The boyfriend linen jumper - it's lovely, but if the trousers go back, I might send that back as well - although it does look good with jeans.

The hair thing is interesting though. My hair has always been very fragile due to previous run ins with alopecia, so I've always been wary of over styling and of any sort of processing. Now I don't care who knows about the wigs, I can literally start the day as a blonde, go red in the afternoon, and be Silver by evening. And changing my hair all the time feels like I have permission to have different looks to match. So - would never have worn yellow or green before, but with different hair, they seem to work. It's a really strange experience. And this afternoon - I went out shaven. Never in a million years thought I'd do that. But it felt fine. Cold. But fine. I actually wish I'd shaved a long time ago, it's looks so much better than straggly bits.

Cherries, is your new BF jumper a M or a S? I ordered M after what you sad , but after the Ivy and Wide Top thing am wondering if i should have sized down. Still , they should be here tomorrow. I dont want to miss out on reordering though whenever the code runs out .

It's an M. I think with smaller boobs you could probably go to a small. Round my chest is the only place I need it.

So what do you think of this? Do I look like I'm about to audition to be a leprechaun? Are the trousers ok? For reference, 5'7, 12 on the bottom, 14 on top, wearing the top in a small. I do have navy trainers which might work better, but I'm home in Scotland for a couple of days, and these silver ones are all I have with me apart from proper walking trainers.

I think you look fab cherries I bought the bf jumper in the green but I don't like it with the wide legs as you neat something neat on the top. I do like the tee though. I much prefer it with the raglan - Is that what you have on? I was debating over ordering it and then thought it was too much things in the same colour!!!!

I honestly thing you look great. You should keep it all. It looks like relaxed chic cherries :)

I love the tee on you, *never'. Well, also love the linen BF - I tried that on with the trousers, and as you say, it was all a bit boxy. I was going to send it back, but my daughter is insisting it suits me and I should wear it with rolled up jeans - really like you've styled it, I think. I suspect that also means she wants the opportunity to borrow it, though. I'm just wondering though about never wearing green to suddenly having multiple green things! Yes, that's the L/S raglan tee I'm wearing. Got it in small after the medium blue one stretching out. Trousers are lovely, but I def couldn't stand them to shrink at all in the length, but I'm still losing weight so I'm thinking that as they sit lower on my hip I will acquire more leg length.

laska the code (SPR1018) was in the recent emails I received from Hush. All it says is “exclusive reorder code” but not sure why I got it but no one else. I made a couple of orders this month but nothing excessive (2-3 items each) and one order I returned completely.,

cherries I love the pants, especially the stripe down the side, very leg-lengthening! Super flattering on you!

Oh, and I'm keeping the green Santana skirt. I wore the chilli one in Spain a couple of weeks ago when I was in Barcelona for a meeting, and it got lots of compliments and it was SO comfy. It also travelled well. So those two skirts and a couple of pairs of shorts will form my holiday wardrobe with a selection of tops.
