cherries I agree with your DD, the Fay IS roomy we're around the same size I reckon and you can see the S is roomy enough on me.
It must be sooo thrilling to fit into an S and 5 stone weight loss. Fantastic R.E.S.P..E.C.T. And do listen to your girl.
I lost nearly 2 stone with Slimming World 2 years ago. Menopause and a sedentary job crept up on me and till my 50's I was lucky in that I stayed relatively the same size and didn't need to diet. But I took the bull by the horns as I was feeling too podgy and being overweight does age us faster. I'm glad I did and have managed to stay around 10 stone which is healthy BMI for my height since. I'll never go back to my youth when I was only around 8 1/2 stone but there again I think a bit of fat is good for my face.
I do have to stay vigilant and have put on 3/4 pounds with this awful winter which I'm determined to shed as soon as the weather improves and can go out for long walks without fighting the elements.
Let's keep each other motivated!

mocking silver trainers came from Clarks, they're leather slip on style and super comfy. Unfortunately they're from 2 summers ago but will go have a look and link in case they still stock them. Sorry!

SoyYo sorry I'm dipping in and out this thread...what's the navy jacket you mention? Sounds nice, have you got a pic of it on?

Soy You look great in the photos. I really like the star jumper in camel. I think it suits you. I don't think it emphasises boobage. I thought it just looked really nice. The culottes really suit you and look very nice with the shoes and jacket.

Laska I ordered one of the raw edge linen top and it looks so short. In comparison to last years and the green one of this year, its a good few inches shorter! Feel a bit annoyed as I so love the colour but its going back. The final thing to nail it for me was when my dd said she liked it because its like a crop top!!!!

Laska You are the same height as me. How do you find the length compares? I put it up against my French blue one from last year and its sooo much shorter. Its that guava colour and I absolutely love it. The other in the kind of coral colour [that I hated] was the same. So short in comparison to the green one. I have since decided to keep the guava puffed sleeved tunic as I just adore the colour. I wish hush would add a few inches to things. I am finding things short this season. I ordered the baby blue silky blouse and that's short also. I am not tall - average 5.5.

never I don't have any of those tops but I can totally agree that so many of the Hush tops are too short...certainly many items don't match up to the photos in that respect.

cherries I am in awe of you and your weightloss. I am struggling to lose a stone or two so hoping for some wardrobe inspiration (from my own wardrobe lol).

Oh dear another day, another hush order . I’ve just ordered the love stack jumper in grey and pink. I was worried about it going out stock. I’m hoping it will be a good spring jumper.

I am loving my grey and pink star scarf I got for Mother’s day. I have lots of plain grey tops and it really brightens them up.

I really like the look of the blue military jackets but I’m short and wide so worried it might look too boxy on my. I may order next month and see.

I use PayPal “pay after delivery” and they normally process my returns before they process which helps as I normally order more than one size.

I’m really enjoying see the photos and if I’m brave enough I’ll post photo of the love jumper when it arrives.

Final check in this eve, have roaring fire on with nice glass of and BBC4 history doc. My kind of bliss when the weather is nasty...

Mrs do report back and be brave with pics. Posters on this thread as you can see are extremely kind and enabling even if it's a bit cringey taking selfies it does help everyone get an idea of what things look like in normal human beings.

The camel is more of a golden camel which is more flattering on my skin colour than paler camels which again totally wash me out...but again still sitting on the fence as I do think it does emphasise my boobs.
Will sleep on it and decide later.

never indeed things are quite short this season, I mean that jacket looks just right on me just under 5 4" but anyone over 5 6" may find it bolero length! And thanks for your vote of confidence. The star top does also look good with culottes which is why I'm hesitating

Do any of you have the Monaco trousers? If so how do they fit? Do they come up true to size?

I have the Monaco trousers from a couple of years ago in navy. I sized down tbh. I really liked them but they didn't wash well at all. They are modal so tend to wash and sort of strange lines after washing. Had this with other modal/lyocell things. I still have worn them though and they are extremely comfy and they look good. Havent worn them in ages though. May dig them out.

The lines are almost like creases. They are really nice trousers though and it wouldn't put me off buying them. It kind of just looked like part of the fabric.

I bought the monaco's and sent them straight back, they came out of the box looking like a rag and I just felt if they crumpled so easily they'd be a nightmare.

For anyone interested in puff sleeved sweat.

Its not the greatest picture but you can just about see the sleeve detail.

I usually take a small in hush jumpers and this is a small. I tried the medium and there was very little difference but preferred the slightly slimmer look because the puff sleeves were also less puffy.

Hi need yes the guava is shorter than the others but only by an inch.. I decided to keep it . not sure why that one should as the green is exact;y the same proportions as last years ones..

No, Ella, they are very different shades of pink. Loved the sweatshirt, looked like death warmed over in the bubble gum raglan.

I'm feeling compelled to order it.. I tried it on in JL and loved it but couldn't justify getting that and the heart sweater but you jay gave just persuaded me to go for it. It's so nice and that colour is perfect for spring/summer.
