Went in yesterday and spent £46 exactly.
For that I got 5 smock tops and 2 pairs of trousers.

And whats even better is that I'll have probably bought my whole maternity wardrobe now.

I was so impressed. Everybody should shop there.
Never mind that Kate Moss overpriced tramp clothing range at Topshop.

I'm really missing hte primark point
maybe its because the only one i went in was in Blackpool and it was HEAVING with polyester people

southeastastra · 26/04/2007 14:09

everyone does shop there, and looks the same

oliveoil · 26/04/2007 14:09

yes but the clientele.....

oh be still my ringing ears from crying babies and their hatchet faced mothers

I go in occasionally and fiercely state I will NEVER GO BACK

allieBongo · 26/04/2007 14:10

my nearest primark is 50 miles away. that sucks

nailpolish · 26/04/2007 14:10

oh yes nbg i agree primark have tons of smocks just now! i got a gorgeous one at £8 and ive had loads of compliments

ChippyMinton · 26/04/2007 14:10

It's even better in Ireland because the shops are less of a jumble and you get even more for your Euro

PinkTulips · 26/04/2007 14:11

went in with 50 euros last week that my mom gave me and got;

5 t-shirts for ds
1 shirt for ds
1 cardi for ds
2 tops for dd
3 tops for me

and had 1 euro left over

Nbg · 26/04/2007 14:11

They are bloody fab.

I got a plain green cotton one for £6 which is stretchy, the rest are cotton but they have alot of room in them and they fit in the right places like under the bust so lots of bump room.
The trousers are linen and have one of those stretchy waistband that you can roll down.
I got them in green but they do black, coral, yellow and white.

They apparently have a fab maxi dress at the moment. I bet its sold out when I go on Saturday.

SparklyGothKat · 26/04/2007 14:14

yes i am poor, and can't afford £20 for one top, so primark it is for me

MamaG · 26/04/2007 14:14

Yes I did think it was a tad odd nbq hehehe

donnie · 26/04/2007 14:15

I am a bit too snobby and posh to actually go into one, but do they sell online?

Fimbo · 26/04/2007 14:15
MamaG · 26/04/2007 14:15

I think, as with any shop, if you buy bits and mix them you are ok. Its when you dress top to toe in primark.

I saw two women who live too near to me today, both pushing buggies. One smoking - fag in hand holding buggy and the ohter pushing a small baby with a bottle of tea. Ithought " I bet they shop in primark"
