Went in yesterday and spent £46 exactly.
For that I got 5 smock tops and 2 pairs of trousers.

And whats even better is that I'll have probably bought my whole maternity wardrobe now.

I was so impressed. Everybody should shop there.
Never mind that Kate Moss overpriced tramp clothing range at Topshop.

No online

Fimbo, the Maxi dresses made me cry they were so gorgeous.

I think that was why I was so upset when I found out I was pg, because I couldnt wear a maxi dress this summer.

BD - all my Primark clothes say "made in Portugal". Are they telling porkies?

Fimbo · 26/04/2007 14:19

OOh were they NBG? I could nip to town tomorrow after I have dropped ds at playgroup. Best time of the day is weekday mornings as its really quiet then and you can have a good rake unlike Saturdays.

oliveoil · 26/04/2007 14:19

all my Primark clothes say "only for painting with the kids as I am bobbly and crap"

Nbg · 26/04/2007 14:19

i wish to point out if i was rich i would buy ethical clothes made in uk but im not so i wont

2cheekymonkeys · 26/04/2007 14:22

We've got a big Primark near us and I thought it was fab at first but the clothes don't last five minutes. A vest I bought last summer had a hole in it after its first wash. I buy clothes for the boys there though because they grow out of them before they can fall apart.

Nbg · 26/04/2007 14:22

poooooey, whats that smell?

ah tis ok, just olive letting one go from bending over.

But why do we need so many clothes???

They're only there to preserve our dignity and keep us warm.

What's wrong with charity shops?

oliveoil · 26/04/2007 14:24

maxi dress for non Oompa Lumpa types

nailpolish · 26/04/2007 14:24

i wouldnt wear a maxi dress if i was 6'

it would hide my lovely legs
