Sorry everyone, I have been v busy drooling over property porn and it's taken priority over mumsnet so here we are, belated week 3, sorry for not starting it earlier.

The rules (anyone can join):

This is about feeling better about yourself...not necessarily a diet per se etc etc

  • Sunscreen at all times. I know it's winter, there are still rays trying to damage your skin
  • No or little booze. Wine at the weekend is allowed if you want it
  • Walking is important, a small amount every day if possible. 30 mins if you can
  • Lots of water, aim for 2 litres a day
  • Apply body cream as often as possible
  • Use hand cream
  • Go to bed early, by 10.30pm if pos
  • Eat healthily
  • Be happy

The idea is that at the end of six weeks we all feel happier, healthier and glow with the good food, sleep, exercise, water and lack of sun damage.

A quick hello as I must do some more ironing before bed or else ds mightn't have any uniform ready to wear tomorrow. Eeek.

Not a bad day:-

  • Sunscreen ~ haven't bought it yet
  • Wine at the weekend ~ 1 glass of wine today
  • Walking is important ~ 2 miles with the dog

  • Use hand cream ~ will do tonight
  • Go to bed early ~ got to bed reasonably early.
  • Eat healthily ~ Pretty good I think. 3 chunks of top quality choccie tonight.
  • Be happy ~ a good day!

Dh is away 3 nights this week. Groan. Will be relying on this thread as things go to pot a bit here without the routine of nagging dh to get to bed and me going up with him.
